I have been here for nine years, and throughout that time I’ve seen how dedicated and attentive the staff is. Anytime you have a maintenance issue, they respond quickly with care and professionalism, making sure your home stays in the best condition. The office team is just as wonderful. Megan and Bianca are such kind and genuine people, and they represent this company with warmth and excellence. They make you feel valued and supported as a resident, and that’s something you don’t always find everywhere. If you’re looking for a place where you can feel safe, cared for, and part of a community, I truly encourage you to consider living here. Creek of Glass is more than just an apartment it’s a home. I can honestly say, you won’t regret making it your own.

My car was vandalized twice. The parking lot is poorly lit and there is no security. I had to pay a deductible and for car repaires. An electrical outlet in the bathroom exploded (mini) twice and the problem was not fixed. I was told water in the walls was causing the problem. They only repaired the wall around the outlet. Damage to the wall started again. I stopped using the outlet after the second wall repair. The laundry room is filthy. It had not been cleaned in the time I was there. Water overflowed on to the floor when using the washer. The office staff did not appear to care about any of my complaints.

I lived at this apartment complex for 16 years. For the most part, it was great. New owners took over a few years ago, and things became not so great. Constant turnover of office staff. Phone calls not returned. Maintenance requests ignored--it took me three tries to get a new toilet seat! When I moved out, my deposit was not returned even though I paid the outstanding charges. I was told there was no deposit. I emailed a screenshot of my original lease showing a $250 deposit but received no response. A small price to pay to be living somewhere decent!

Tried calling to set up a viewing. Phone number has been disconnected. Visited the leasing office to talk to someone. That’s where Vickie the assistant community manager met me. Terribly rude. I told her I tried to call but the phone number was disconnected, her response to that was “okay.” Asked when the units were available to lease and she simply said “I don’t know”. Then answered her phone in the middle of our discussion. Horrible customer service. Glad I came and saw in person that this is not a good place to do business with.
