Creed canyon apartments have been very helpful with any maintenance issues I’ve had. They responded quickly the same day and my problem was fixed before the night had ended! It’s a very relaxed and laid back place to live. They always try their best to engage with their residents and try to get people involved in activities! Yes
We LOVE living here. The office staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and eager to address any issues that come up. The maintenance staff are friendly and want to address any maintenance concern or issues in a timely manner. The property is kept clean and neat. This is an A+++ I highly recommend this place to call home.
Really enjoying living here, the management staff and maintenance guys are very friendly and get things done immediately. If you’re looking at renting a apartment I highly recommend Creed Canyon, give them a call or stop by!! Leann H

We have been here going on 3 years, hopefully more, we love it here. The community, the staff, the people, all of it. It’s home.
My fiancé and I have been living at these apartments for a year now and it’s been smooth sailing. From the friendly staff to the awesome amenities these apartments are amazing!!
Management has no idea what is going on - incorrect billing, not answering phone calls or emails, losing leases, poor customer service, maintenance doesn't fix problems-let alone respond to requests! Expensive for such low quality.
This is a nice property but I wouldn't call it living in luxury as they advertise. There are laminate counters, cheap plastic blinds, cheap sink fixtures, black appliances, small refrigerator, cheap and noisy microwave. Our previous apartment had better upgrades for less rent. If you live in bldgs. 1, 2, 3, & 7 parking can be a big issue. If we had maintenance issues they were addressed promptly. The management and staff are helpful and friendly. The property is well maintained. The property is one year old.
As this property is still under construction, we are still waiting to move in. From what we have seen and experienced so far we are excited to make this place our new home.
