The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Cranston Hall Apartments
I've been living here for almost 2 years now, and I absolutely love it! It's close to everything, and my apartment is beautiful! It's brand new and I've never had a problem here with anything. Plus the staff are incredibly helpful. I locked myself out once on a weekend and the manager Jenny came out personally to let me in. I'm quite happy here and plan on staying for a long while.
We have lived here for over a year & couldn't say more great things about this place! The staff is so friendly & personable. They are timely on calls, & drop what they are doing to help anyone in need. The place is clean, and well kept. Its quiet , and convienent to all stores you may need ( grocery stores, walmart, gas station, fast food, drug stores, etc ) We plan on staying here for as long as they let us! Its home!
I lived in these apartments for a couple years now. Friendly staff that’s there if you need anything. They keep the grounds clean year round. The apartments are also in a good location, close to everything. Prices Corner Shopping center, acme, bus stop.Good atmosphere
This place is terrible. The apartments themselves are falling apart. The residence above mine had MANY plumbing leaks and when it was brought up to maintenance, they would come and look at it, claiming they were going to return with necessary tools or whatever, yet never did. When I moved out, they claimed I stole my own refrigerator that I supplied when I moved in (they one they had given with the apartment was INCREDIBLY old, discolored, loud, and small). They were revamping SOME apartments at the time, but this refrigerator still did not look like the ones they were supplying to them. I left the apartment clean, made sure to vacuum multiple times, and scrubbed the kitchen and bathroom from top to bottom, they claimed I did not. This place also had a bed bug outbreak while I was there that they were demanding the tenants themselves pay for when it was MULTIPLE apartments wide\. There was also harassment going on by one of the property managers (named Kyle). DO NOT STAY HERE. YOU WILL REGRET IT. I can not express this enough.
