Cranberry is a pleasant community in Butler County 20 miles north of Pittsburgh. Property Ratings at Wynnwood at Freedom Road
As a tenant I have seen a stark decline in courtesy and respect from the office staff since the new management took over. The units are getting a cosmetic upgrade and a huge increase in rent. It is clear that the focus is on updating the units and getting more rent. It also appears as though outdoor areas that have been neglected will not be taken care of till they are rid of the current tenants.
I lived here for 6 years and when the new management took over in December of 24 the humanity left! This company is kicking families out in order to renovate to charge ridiculous priced for the projects of Cranberry township. In order for this complex to be worth the price they would have to tear it down and build a new one! The fake reviews from the office in Charleston are apparent and if you talk to anyone that has real experience with them in the community I'm pretty sure you wouldn't get one compliment. Do yourself a favor and find a nice place with nice people to rent from with your hard earned money because these people have shown all the residents who they are and it was never good. Pure disrespect and trauma brought upon all the residents in the entire complex by Hudson Properties! You've been warned!
I love my townhome! I recently moved in and love the colors and upgrades in my unit. Tons of parking and amenities available and it was an easy rental process.
The new ownership is doing a great job! They resolve any maintenance issues quickly and are completely renovating the units.
The newly renovated units are very well done and i am enjoying it. Management is very helpful and nice to work with
We are happy to have been able to move into Cranberry Pointe Townhouses. The layout and design of the homes are lovely. Neutral tones with tons of decorating potential! Since it is winter time there hasn't been much community interaction but I am very much looking forward to getting to know my neighbors and helping to shape our community into one that is enjoyable for all who live here!

Cranberry Pointe is a great community to live in and raised your children. But like anywhere you go there are going to be a bad seed or two, but it's nothing that can't be fix with a lil communication...

We were super lucky to find Cranberry Pointe! It is affordable, in a great school district, and a fantastic overall location. The playground, pool, and dishwasher put it over the top.
Cranberry pointe needs more unity! Im fine with going to a meeting for my voice to be heard about the community we live in.
Awesome spacious apartment to live in a excellent schools district within budget Rent. All supermarkets and restaurant are within 10 minutes drive. You will never gonna find such good place for living considering all amenities.
Cranberry Pointe is a great place to live and raise kids, plus the management is the best.

Cranberry Pointe is a nice and quiet area with great buildings to live in. The layout is great and filled with nice windows, pain and carpet. Everything seemed very clean when I moved in and has stayed so. It's nice to see good landscaping as well!
Friendly and helpful staff! I love or new home! Maintenance issues were resolved in a timely manner. Perfect location and lots of children in the community for my kids to play with.
First off there's no office manager hasn't been won in the last 6 months, there's like 45 kids running around here at 10 o'clock at night no one does anything about it, maintenance really doesn't come around unless you Badger them call them blow up their phone, three office managers have seen here in the last year this place is a joke, price is good but think about your kids coming home with a black eye and no one does anything about it.
