Communication not good with the office staff when I called and left a voice-mail when I had a problem with my bath tub
You don’t want to deal with the headache that is Cowboy Town. Management is a nightmare, pest control is nonexistent, and if you are forced to leave, you will be charged out the wazoo for things that makes no sense like $50 PER TRASH BAG if they have to clean.
I just moved in and it is roach infested, there is not enough parking spaces, and there is trash everywhere. When you go to talk to the office about a problem it is always your fault, and Your bathrooms never work.
Cowboy Town is a great place to live. Management is super professional, maintenance is quick to fix any problem ASAP, and there are many great aspects like the pool and dog park. My husband and I have enjoyed living here the past two years.
I really love this place . It’s my first apartment ever and it’s been really great. It was really clean when we moved in, everyone was super nice. I have a 2 br one bath and it’s really spacious for my wife and I and our two dogs. I like that they have 24 hour Landry available. The dog park is really great for our boys. The pool and gym are pretty great too. It’s a wonderful place to live.
I've lived here for a few years now and the prices and space are wonderful. They're very nice and quick to fix maintenance issues! Highly recommend
Cowboy Town Apartments is a pet friendly community that is located near major retails and restaurants. There were couple of maintenance issues that needed to be addressed once I moved in, but maintenance staff quickly responded to service requests. There is a central laundry facility that operates on a pay per use. Units were renovated at some point, but there are still some flaws like minor cracks on the baseboards and the drywall and rusts in the bathroom sink. But again, maintenance did come by to repair the cracks. Overall, for its price, it's a nice, clean property to live; swimming pools, parking lots, and the community itself is clean and well maintained.
Been here little over 1 year great rent price nice staff and quick to fix any maintenance emergencies. They allow pets and have a nice little pool area. I just recently renewed my lease for another 16 months.
We have lived here for almost two years and it has been wonderful. The staff is friendly and responsive, the community is safe and quiet, overall great place to live!
apartments are spacious with nice amenities for the price. Staff are probably the best thing about living here. They are kind, respond quickly, and schedule any maintenance quickly to solve any problems you might have.

This is a beautiful property with spacious apartments, knowledgeable and friendly staff, a great maintenance crew, and great amenities! They’re always quick to respond to maintenance requests and make this complex feel nice and homey!

I am on HUD program and they worked with me to get the apartment I always wanted. The staff are nice, the grounds are lovely. My apartment is well maintained because the maintenance is always their the day of or next to fix the problem. Pet friendly. Altogether love living here
We love our apartment. Our first home together. An excellent community. We have a spacious two bedroom for an awesome price and Pat and Chimene are LITERALLY the sweetest. They always work to take care of everything for you. And every time we’ve put in a maintenance request it has been addressed the same day. Literally couldn’t ask for anything better.
The staff is awesome! Friendly, helpful, and quick with repairs! The complex is clean, quiet, and has numerous onsite amenities!

With Cowboy Town Apartments, you get such a welcoming experience. Everyone, who works in the front office, including the always hard working maintenance, show you its beautiful properties, nice and quiet atmosphere, and friendly community. For me, It's been a great experience and safe place to live. Bc I have sleeping issues and tend to clean and take my trash out at 2 a.m., carefree. And I use a wheelchair and its a lot easier to get around here then other apartments.So, there is a LOT of benefits when you sign a lease, to your new apartment bc your opening up the doors to making new friends, using the fantastic facilities all around the complex and to having and living in a brand new home! (A.K.A- the best place to live!)
This place is very disappointing, the electricity will be a fortune because there is no sealing on the doors or windows so it is always freezing. There is constantly dog poop everywhere and there is always noise from fights, dogs, kids, etc. The laundromat cost $3.00 per load so be prepared to pay out of pocket. And ask for a tour of your place first so you can see how run down they really are. When time to move out you will be charged a “maid fee” or a carpet cleaning fee, no matter how clean you leave your apartment there will be some other fee you will pay because this place is a scam. Do your research and you will find much better places in Stillwater for much more reasonable prices. Take this as a warning.
These apartments are nice and quiet, they have a pool, laundry room.
From the outside the apartments seem very clean and well maintained. We moved in in December and had a decent experience until the late spring. There are no washer or dryer units in the apartments but they do have a Laundromat. Recently they have raised the prices of both. The Laundromat is a cheaply built building with no insulation. Cold in the winter and hot in the summer. The units themselves are very old and do not always work. Management allows forgotten clothing items to pile up and when something is said they toss them in a closet that now smells terrible. Grounds maintenance is decent the grass and flowers are kept up but building maintenance has fallen short. Lights have been out for months and they have made no attempt to fix the problem. In addition there is at least one police visit a month to an apartment. The pool is the only reason that I gave them two stars. The pool is well maintained and looks great. It has a waterfall feature that is part of the filtering system and its very attractive. The water is always clear and clean. In my opinion though, they could've very easily put the money the used on the pool into the apartments themselves. The apartments are nice looking but cheaply made. There is no light in out living area, nails come up through the floor because they didn't use screws. walls are very thin and are easily penetrated. The rooms are decent sized and the bathroom functions fine. everything is electric. Overall the apartments are not what they want in rent.
Pool Is okay. Maintenance is awful. Lights outside are not replaced. Laundry facility is expensive and unclean. Units in the laundry facility are old and do not work properly. Apartments were built on the cheap. No light in living area. Everything is electric. "Clubhouse" mentioned in description is not complete. There is a sports "bar" that is also not complete. Money went to places it shouldn't have in the building of these apartments. Not worth the payments.
