Property Ratings at Covington Court Apartments
Small swimming pool on property has not been cleaned since covid. Is green and smelly. Can't even open windows because of the bad smell. Management was notified but owner refuses to clean or cover this health hazard. Owner wants to raise rent, but does not want to keep up property.
The apartment is lovely inside. Great layout and very spacious. Management isn't horrible. There have been numerous mantenance issues that should have been fixed prior to us moving in. We had a leaky sink. It took 5 calls to management and over a week to get the leak fixed. This is unacceptable. Management was dissmisive of the issue and RUDE on the phone.
