When you live here, nothing will be as promised. The tour may possibly be your best experience if at all. When you leave? Your security will be promised but move on with your life, they have no intention to refund you despite what the invoice will say. Despite your efforts to leave the home clean and spotless while leaving. Their manager and staff? Expect disrespect and unprofessional conduct. Useless folks overall

The overall cleanliness and quite atmosphere are appealing.

I would not recommend this community and so far I’ve had a horrible experience.

Greystone has the potential to be a nice community but lacks proper care and maintenance. There are much better communities out there for the money.

Overall the community isn’t bad. Love the location.

It's not the best but not the worst. It's what you make it. I enjoy the Suburb and Urban feel of the Hiram, GA area. I enjoy walking around the community. A lot of rules, but it doesn't bother me at all. Do your due diligence before making a decision.

So much dog droppings. Can't even use the bark park there's so much poop in there it's ridiculous.

Lived here for one year and was very happy to put in my notice to vacate. I moved in because it was new construction but it came with a lot of issues. Poor communication from the office, noise from construction, dog poo issues, crowded streets (no parking), homes are not quality for what you are paying. Its an okay place to live if you are only staying while your home is being built. Beware when you leave. Make sure they do not keep your deposit. That is if you get any back because they use the money to pay any water/sewer bill that you owe.

The homes are really lovely. The community is very bland and it could use some streetscapes.

This community is far too expensive for what you actually get. Parking is a major issue, and they are constructing new units on every little bit of land rather than solving the parking problem. Because of the construction, my wife and I have both had nails in our tires recently. The finishes on the units look nice, but you will find that they are actually cutting a lot of corners. We have had several electrical issues, faulty light switches, and door knobs not installed properly (weird, I know). They have also shut off the water for the community for hours at a time on at least 5 different occasions. Lastly, the overall upkeep of the community is poor. They rarely cut the grass or clean the amenities. Definitely would not recommend renting here!

This community was more than what I was expecting

It looks better today but have a big big trash container in front of your house you don't want people to even visit you trash on the ground all are it. And now your starting another apartment across the street it' starting all over again.

The parking situation is terribly inconvenient. They change the rules constantly and blame it on being a private community and being able to do whatever they want basically. I got a basketball hoop for my son for Christmas and tastefully put it up and they harassed me about it for weeks until I dragged it to the back of the apartment where it is no longer able to even be used by him. Nowhere in the lease does it say we can't have a basketball hoop but they blamed it on being able to have whatever rules they want essentially. They changed the parking rules without much notice. There is always construction going on which results in flat tires.

This place sucks. The owner only cares about money. The roads are already super narrow. And they are putting up more homes. The dog park is a joke. It had a lot of green spots and trees but they have all been ripped out for either parking or houses. Stay way and pray nothing breaks it will never get fixed

The cottages at Greystone is everything a person could want in a home.
