This will be my second year residing at covey at Fox valley. The staff in the office is super helpful, building's are clean and quiet and they have a really close walking path that I love and a fitness center and pool I will take advantage of this summer for sure.

Poor customer service from office staff, maintenance has not come to fix leak by patio door opened a 2nd request and havent heard anything. Pool hasnt been opened for the season.

We have lived at Covey for close to six years. We enjoy the "homey' feel of our apartment. We have huge windows. Speaking of windows...how many apartments have you seen that have two windows. That's what we have. We have been very pleased with our neighbors. The sound proofing is very good. We rarely hear anything from the neighbors beside us and above us. This is a very good place to call home.

It's quiet, it is clean, neighborly, and a nice area. Very close to a lot of resturants and stores. Fiber is available here as well. The apartments stay a pretty good temp. So far I have not had to run my ac even when it got up to 80 outside. It was perfect inside my apartment and it keeps cool at night which is a big plus for me as I like to sleep in a cold room

After touring we new this was a dream place after rhe last one and we needed to get it. It was such a fast process and we have been living here for a few weeks and it has been amazing. We had a maintenance issue and it was fixed by the time we got back from the pool. The staff is super amazing and I highly recommend

I have lived at Covey of Fox Valley for almost a year now. I moved into newly rehabbed apartment, as they have new owners. I love that I am the first to live in this beautiful apartment. The maintenance staff are professional and nice. They have addressed minor issues promptly. They take their shoes off w/o me asking. I looked a long time to find this apartment. The price is high, but where isn't these days. But compared to other places, it was less painful. I plan to renew my lease. After reading negative reviews, I thought I should add a good one. The new owners are updating all units which was much needed. Master baths are TINY and pool has only ladders, no easy entry or handicap access. In unit laundry is nice. Packages are left outside of entry doors, no secure delivery if you are not home. Mailboxes are not centrally located. Some units backup to the bike trail and nice views but exterior care to keep away nature has been non-existent with new management - lots of spiders, box elder, earwigs etc. Overpriced for the minimal amenities.

The place is filthy the management is real mean, if your looking for a place where they value the renters, this is not it. If you rent from here you will quickly regret it

The management does not care about the renters. The amenities, well there aren’t many. Looking for a good priced apartment with a good staff I would recommend looking up the block. This place is not clean and the staff is rude

I have been in my apartment for almost a year and plan to renew for another year. The price is very affordable for the area. I like being close to all the shopping and I-88. The living room and bedrooms are spacious. I also enjoy my patio, it is large and semi-private. The neighbors in my building are really nice. I would recommend living here.
I have lived at Covey for three years and have never had a problem. Yes the apartments are older but it is also very affordable so thats fine. The maintenance people are helpful and come when I need them. I recommend living here especially if you are on a budget and want a clean place to live
Over priced and storage is minimal. The cost of rent and paying all the utilities drained my wallet. Only a few buildings are in a good school district. Dog poop, cigarette butts, and empty Hennesey pints greet you as you walk up to your building. The one plus is access to the bike trail if you are lucky enough to live in the even numbered buildings. Other than that, not really worth the rent you pay.
Great apartments but the only problem is it gets to be expensive to live here. The rent and the utilities bills combined cost me $1500 a month. It's way out of my budget. I work full time and a part time job to pay bills. Otherwise environment is good and safe. The area is well maintained. If I could financially I would love to stay here.
Il like my new apartment but the bathrooms are too small
