The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Coventry Square Apartments
I would rate this one star. My husband stayed in an apartment unit for over one year and moved out recently due to job issue (almost two months ago). We cleaned up the apartment and handed over the key to the rental office on a workday as requested. We were told that the key had to be returned to the rental office on a workday without exceptions. Ok, we can understand that. Even though, we cleaned up the apartment and had no any damage to the apartment, we still received some charges. It's still fine, we accept it. After moving out, we received a Move Out Statement with zero balance. Now we received a notification from a debt collector, said my husband still owed some money to the apartment. In fact, we never received any billing statement from the rental office after moving out. my husband paid the rental in time every month during his stay. After we received the debt collector's statement, we called the rental office many times and returned no response by now. The debt collector keep sending us statement with interest charge. My phone calls to the rental office were hung up three time without saying a word. It's really rude. the rental office manager answered my phone call finally and told me that she needed to check the account (told me that two times). and returned no answer for over a week. horrible experience!!
Its comfortable, fairly safe and the staff are concerned about the residents.
It was very clean & seems like a wonderful place to love. Everyone was friendly.
The cleanliness of the community, landscape and size of the apartment is exceptional. Its super quiet - no disruptive and noisy neighbors. The property is well maintained and provides for walkable/running spaces and sidewalks and dog park. I might not recommend the apartment; however, due to limited availability to convenience stores. There is no close by drug store, pizza shop, coffee shop without driving to Town. I know things can be delivered but our walkable paths to shop would be nice.
The maintenance staff are always friendly.
Beautiful place and great community
It' in a nice quiet area of Salisbury
I like living here. Good service. Just really noisy neighbors.
YES
Maintenance personnel are very important to the overall satisfaction of residency.
If someone was looking for an apartment lifestyle I would certainly recommend Coventry Square.
These apartments are extremely nice. This community is very quiet and beautiful. We love the view from our apartment and the rent is very affordable.
I enjoyed the communication skills of the agents and I feel the area is safe.
I love it here the people are nice and friendly. It's quiet and beautiful, peaceful and the service is spectacular
I think the apartment complex is lovely. COVID-19 has prevented me from enjoying any of the amenities though.
I’ve already told my friends who are looking for apartments to look here!
Mostly because of lack of insulation btwn units and the fact that it was stressed within the unit tours how "quiet" it is. Other than that everything seems to be going well.
I met some during my walk through. They were very attentive then. Wasn't able to meet them when I had a maintenance report in due to work. I didn't receive any follow-up information from them. They completed majority of the stuff on my list in a timely manner.
It is a great community to live in with friendly and inviting staff!
I would recommend with a warning about the lack of water pressure and sound proofing.
Extremely noisy. I can hear every footstep the tenant above me makes.
The leasing agent was extremely professional, nice and was able to answer my questions.
Apartments are new and the staff take pride in their work
The apartments are gorgeous, love the high ceilings and open concept design, large bathroom and updated finishes. Laurie made us feel very much ‘at home'.
I truly enjoy my apartment except for the thin walls and water pressure and temperature. Its very disappointing that such a lovely place can't accommodate a good shower and didn't take the time during construction to put in a little noise reduction padding between the walls.
Great people in the office. Love that everything is done on line. Apartment layout seems perfect.
The apartments are absolutely beautiful and located in a quiet part of time, yet aren't far grocery stores, the mall, etc.
Very nice rental community in a great location. It will have all the desired amenities once the property is completed. I liked the apartment homes because they were not only very nice and spacious but good qualities beyond esthetics such as quiet units, high quality blinds, carpeting and washer and dryer. They are much nicer than the community in which I currently live.
It was a real easy process going through the steps to get my apartment. I had to move down here in a hurry and the people at Coventry were very accommodating. I absolutely recomend these apartments
The maintenance team is a very professional and kind and courteous -give you excellent customer service.
The initial posting of cost does not reflect the true cost. This I wasted your staffs time and mine after determining this apartment would not fit into my budget
