My aunt lived here A LONG TIME and they were horribie, roaches, termites, no water , pipes bursting and maitenance is slooooowww and just awful expeirience. DO NOT RENT HERE RUN AWAY!!!

I’ve never rented an apartment before so when I chose to rent here I was nervous due to all the bad reviews. I had a tour and this apartment complex seemed perfect for me. I’ve now been living here for a little over a year now and just transferred from a studio to a 2 bedroom apartment. Approval was super fast both times and I’ve had very few issues that were easily fixed. I recommend checking this apartment complex out especially for first time tenants. Down deposit isn’t very expensive, especially if you use there jetty bond option. Comes with great utilities like WI-FI paid through your rent so you don’t have to worry about that. Super quiet neighbors.

This review is as real as it gets. I love this area overall, but let's be honest about things here. The office staff here is genuinely kind and welcoming, which I truly appreciate. However, on my first day moving in, I noticed several issues that raised concerns. There was a broken toilet seat, signs of rust damage, roaches, water damage, poorly covered walls, a peeling bathtub and shower, smoke stains, dirty air vents, and broken stovetops. if you are here, plan for a shorter lease, even though it can be costly. There also seems to be an overwhelming number of new resident apps being introduced, which adds confusion rather than convenience. To be fair, this area is generally a good place to stay, especially if you’re looking for something affordable or need a quick lease. (mine is 6 months.)it has a gym, a pool, and reserved parking but beyond the initial convenience so it’s important to set expectations. As long as you're not expecting high quality or well-maintained surroundings, the space can serve its purpose. you get what you paid for. I'm not saying the apartments need to look expensive, but they could at least reflect more care... some of the repairs look like rushed DIY fixes. I’m sharing this not to be overly critical, but as a genuinely concerned person who sees the potential in this place if just a bit more attention were given to maintenance and safety. Good Luck!

Our apartment was not ready on move in day and there was a little miscommunication, BUT Kassidy made everything so much better. We got everything done thanks to her! Thank you so much Kassidy for all your help!! We appreciate you so much! Edit: The maintenance man Sedrick was amazing he went above and beyond switching the doors on our fridge. He was also very kind. Thank you so much Sedrick! (10/10 service you're amazing man) Also...the property manager has been very rude over the last couple months claiming to fix problems that never were fixed. My unit has a newer door that has a single deadbolt lock on it. She claims I have more and was very rude about it. She argued with me about my door and acted very degrading in the process. I hate coming to her with problems for this reason.

Two months ago I came to live here and I feel scammed, they showed me an impeccable sample apartment and they gave me an apartment with many problems, the worst of all are the times they have tricked me into fixing my things, before moving they told me that they would change my bathroom and the mirror, since they seemed too old and dotted with paint and I have been going to the office for two months and every day you tell me that they already ordered it and no lies, the refrigerator has been dripping water for 2 months and it makes all My food gets wet. I don't know how much money I have spent these two months on food, but it's too much, I keep insisting for two months and they always say the same thing and they never change it, the house has leaks, they haven't fixed it in two months, not even in two months, the bathtub drops the paint and makes the swallower fill with pieces of paint preventing the water from leaving the air conditioning a week ago that I reported that it was not working properly they told me that they were going to see it and nothing like always I don't recommend this place to live to anyone.

I can't wait for my lease to expire so I can move out of these apartments. Things are always broken and never fixed in a timely manner. The entry and exit gates are always just hanging open. I haven't had water for almost a week and there has been no communication from the apartment management what-so-ever.

Let's just say, I've been on the countdown for my lease to be over with. Have 2 more weeks left. So I will say, 12 months of living on this property its been quiet for the most part. And that what I like about them. So other other thing.. ROACHES. THAT IS THE BIGGEST PROBLEM. I have to call pest control to come out a lot. And unfortunately it doesn't help whatsoever. If it wasn't for the roaches I'll resign my lease. But yeah, I got to go!! I think they need to get another company to come out in spray. Maintenance is good though.

Everything else is great. However, maintenance takes forever to get anything done. We’ve had requests for 2 months now that still haven’t been fulfilled. I know they have a lot of units but they also have multiple maintenance guys. Shouldn’t take this long to get anything done.

Hi, we're disappointed to hear of the negative experience you had at our location.
They tried to tow my car when it was literally in the handicapped space for 30 minutes because I was feeling sick and had gone inside ASAP to try and calm down. But there's literally a woman that parks her car there for several nights and they do nothing about it. Why me ? And there is CURRENTLY a car with no handicapped sticker parked in the space as I write this. This is what made me go overboard to expose this location today. We moved in , my apartment was filthy. They made no attempt to clean it and a few days after we started moving everything in , discovered it is INFESTED with roaches. It's disgusting. We've lived here for a month now and we still see roaches crawling around , even though we've done everything to get rid of them. Don't let the low rent price fool you , they use gas AND electric. (Which the gas bill for the installation and 5 days worth of gas was $150). It's not worth the hassle of you're trying to find something cheaper. The only thing I like is the property looks nice and they cut their grass often. I like the gating until it's nighttime , then it's a hassle. When it rains , the power goes off in the whole area and you literally CANNOT leave because the gates won't open, due to no electric. The lady was nice when we moved in, but haven't even seen her since. She gave us the keys , and back to business. Also , our upstairs neighbors are heavy set and they have no sympathy at all. Very inconsiderate.

This apartment on the surface was a great choice because of location as well as it's price point. The issues is with the overall up keep...air conditioner when it was working, was never operating at full strength, roaches, dishwasher has a mind of its own, and to top it off my neighbors are chain smokers. My apartment smell like a hot ash tray! I'm hoping that this is an anomaly but I don't believe that it is. All I'm saying is FULLY CHECK the unit out as well as the neighbors!!! Do your homework.. Or better else move somewhere else!

I recently took a tour of the apartment among others. I must say that this one was the most welcoming of all. The staff greeted me with open arms and answered whatever questions & concerns I had. I recently moved to Tulsa from Houston, and that was the first time I've felt anything similar to home. I look forward to moving in next month if the application process goes well.

After spending 4 hours of driving around Tulsa, I decided Coventry Park was the place for me. Debie in the office was very helpful in getting me set. The apartment was clean and in very good shape when I moved in. It's a gated community and the gates actually work. I'm glad Coventry Park was on my list of places to visit. It's in a very nice part of town where I feel safe. There are many sketchy areas around Tulsa

I just moved to this apartment complex at the beginning of June. I chose this apartment because of its location to shopping and grocery stores. It stays relatively quiet within the complex. I had a small problem and it was resolved in a timely manner. I like being here and I would recommend this apartment to other future tenants.
