Property Ratings at Cove at Ridgewood
If you can find another place to live, please do so. This property will literally depress you every time you come home. They do not clean up trash. Its like our home is a landfill. The office does not answer the phones anytime we call. Their is not a number for after hours issues so good luck reaching anybody if you have an emergency after hours. On top of that they will not fix ANYTHING! I have put in so many work orders that nobody has come to see about one time. My porch is falling in, they don't care. And the property manager has to be the rudest person I've ever met. She very unprofessional. And they had to nerve to start charging us water before we even got a new lease! As soon as I can find another apartment, I'm out of here! DONT MOVE HERE if you care about where you live. This place should be shut down until they can afford to keep it up and hire more professional people.
These apartments are over priced and under managed. The upkeep is not well taking care of. Took months for trash to be picked up. They are partially rennervated. False advertisement. and now has the audacity to start charging for "water". If you have an option to move somewhere else, please do
If you wanna live somewhere were trash is piled up because the refuse to sign a contract with the trash company this is the place! No maintenance.. staff is rude.. rarely cut the grass.. the price of rent is too much for them to not be doing anything to improve the living conditions.
