The community here is very clean. They keep the lawn looking great all year long always changing the flowers in the courtyard.The staff is out of this world. Very nice and friendly. They have a community event once a month. It’s a great place to live. Close to everything.

I love the community here and the cleanliness. They have food events at least once a month so that’s really nice. The office and maintenance are usually quick to respond
My experience with this community has been great! The entire staff are professional, welcoming, & great at upkeeping this community. Whether your single or have a family this is a great and safe place to be. The neighborhood is quiet and clean. I highly recommend being a part of this community.

Nice quiet area. Far from any traffic noise or disturbances. Never a problem parking. Neighbors are respectful of other neighbors. Friendly maintenance that are quick to respond.

The community is nice and the area is great. Close to all the tourist attractions and shopping. The neighborhood is safe and the apartments are beautiful.

Generally a quiet community Downstairs neighbor smokes pot on the balcony so his unit doesn’t stink. Instead he stinks up mine if my door is open. Maintenance is great. Very responsive to issues and always do great work.
At the beginning when just moved in, everything is fine, some people in the office are friendly and provide good service, but others are very rude and careless, the care and cleanliness of the complex is poor, the hallways are dirty and smell bad.
We have lived here for 3 years now and love it. Everything is taken care of and they always make residents feel important. So happy we picked courtyards at Estero. Thank you!
Since we moved in everything’s been great so far. Maintenance is very friendly and helpful. Getting used to hearing the neighbors through the walls will take some time but other than that I have no complaints .
This place is fantastic! I’ve been here for multiple years now and every year, when it comes renewal time, I just can’t think of going anywhere else. The front office staff (Judy and Lina) are about as good as you can get. They handle everything with great professionalism and kindness. I’d be remised to not mention the maintenance team. Jeff and Luis are simply amazing. They do a fantastic job and are always available for any of your apartment needs. Judy and team do a great job at engaging residents with events and activities. Another plus that’s seldom spoken of: the buildings are built to withstand inclement weather. We stayed here during Hurricane Ian and did not have any issues. All windows are impact as well, so no worries there. Overall, this community has been a joy to call home for the last 5 years :)
I’ve lived here for several years. I really like the location and the neighborhood is quiet. We recently went through an ownership change and the change is very evident- the maintenance team is fantastic though! Very quick to help and find fixes that last!

It’s a nice semi- hidden community with friendly neighbors. Great admin and quick responses too. Maintenance is friendly and quick to fix issues.

Excellent community and staff here at Courtyards at Estero. I love the outdoor, home style look of the apartments, and the place is set so close to all sorts of restaurants and amenities. Always recommend the complex to all my friends looking to move here.
Everything is always clean, it’s a very quiet neighborhood and the people are very kind. And the people who have dogs clean up after themselves around our building
Just moved in and so far everything has run pretty smooth can’t wait to see what more this place has to offer. Hazel was really helpful with the whole move in process.
This is a great place to live. Absolutely no complaints. The front office is friendly, helpful and always there to help. The maintenance crew is top notch and Marianne requests are fulfilled quickly. Grounds are beautiful and always clean
it was a pretty good experience, wish the walls were a little thicker and since its older the apartment has a hard time maintaining cold air, but other than that enjoyed my time
So far everyone is being so nice and welcoming! I cannot wait to keep exploring my new place and being able to enjoy the pool and go to the gym!

Awesome place to live with a great community! My dog loves playing at the park with all the others during the daily meetup. Staff has always made everything super easy on us.
Great community, beautiful facilities and the workers are extremely nice. Slight issues with the common curtesy from some neighbors but that is out of the control of the staff. Overall, I would have to call it a positive experience
A nice quiet community that is kind of tucked away off corkscrew rd! People are friendly and the amenities are nice. The office always responds quick when you send an email. There is also plenty of parking.
Love the neighborhood, community. Nearby everything you could think of for groceries, entertainment, recreation, food, you name it. The new growth/construction has brought a lot more business to the area that provide lots of new places to try.
Moved in today. From applying to today hands down best and easiest apartment experience. This community is well designed and nice, but there are many nice properties in area. What sets them apart it the staff. So friendly and accommodating. Judy and Lina have been amazing, love them, and I got to meet Jeff the Supervisor of maintenance who is excellent too and super commutative. Also the cleanest apartment I have ever moved into. I normally bring my own cleaning supplies and clean myself before moving in, but this place was like brand new. Not even a paint drop somewhere. I would recommend everyone just save time and effort, move here. I saw several properties in SWFL in the last month, but none had staff even remotely close to this level of service. Add ontop of the property it self is great and you have a place to call home.

My family loves the apartment community. We have wonderful neighbors that we have gotten to know over the past couple of months. The community is dog friendly so we have lots of connections with others while taking walks and at the doggy area. The office staff are incredible if you have any questions or need anything. Maintenance is amazing and there quickly if you need something completed in your apartment. Overall, a great place to live in the area!
It’s been a peaceful place to live the past few years. The neighbors are quiet and there’s been no disturbances. Maintenance is quick to respond to any issues or needs. I like being close to convenience stores, shopping and restaurants.
Peaceful quiet feels more like a home than an apartment. Having a garage is a plus and easy accept groceries and shopping gifts. The layout is roomy, plenty of windows for light. The community is gated which is a positive for safety.
We have been very happy here and have lived in this Community for 18 months. Apartments are very spacious. Management staff is vey kind and efficient to meeting residents needs and very professional. The maintenance staff with Jeff and Michael are also very professional and very timely to meeting needs if there is a problem . The management staff frequently has get togethers for residents with food trucks, pizza nights, and other events. Very safe environment and wonderful place for children and pets . I find that being a resident of the Courtyards at Estero, Florida is a very nice experience. Neighbors are friendly and quiet, and the staff is also friendly. I also like their fitness center. :)
