Quiet, clean and peaceful surroundings..Friendly and helpful people at the leasing office. Neighbors are quiet and friendly. Been living here for a few years now and we love the community.

Very peaceful community and you get everything what you need. Best part is the geographical location I-75 is literally minutes away but you do hear that super car sounds on the weekend especially on the units close to the freeway

The management here is absolutely amazing. Very on top of things, super cooperative and very nice ?? Mrs Judy was able to get me into courtyard within a week. Very fast and professional.

It's quiet, peaceful. Neighbors are friendly. Even asked if I needed help while moving in. The staff has been nothing but helpful throughout the process.

My experience living in this community has been wonderful. I've been living here with roommates for just over a year and just resigned the lease. The staff and maintenance truly make a huge impact! I appreciate and respect all of their handwork and efforts to maintain this community and ensure our safety. I additionally love the opportunities to meet neighbors through events hosted in the leas office area! A very lovely neighborhood!

The location is unbeatable. Community is full of great neighbors. The front office staff and maintenance staff are on top of things if there is ever a problem.

My husband and I feel so blessed to live in such a beautiful place! We are so thankful to Miss Judy for all of her help coordinating and giving us all the info and also a big thank you to Jeff for fixing our washer ASAP! We are so glad to be HOME! :)

we love it here so far even though we've only been here for a week. It's beautiful and quiet outside. Our apartment was very clean when we moved in, and the management staff is just wonderful.

The community here is very clean. They keep the lawn looking great all year long always changing the flowers in the courtyard.The staff is out of this world. Very nice and friendly. They have a community event once a month. It’s a great place to live. Close to everything.

The property is beautiful the staff is always helpful and friendly meet a few residents and all seem very friendly and the community is quiet and charming.

Nice quiet area. Far from any traffic noise or disturbances. Never a problem parking. Neighbors are respectful of other neighbors. Friendly maintenance that are quick to respond.

These apartments are a hidden gem. Great location close to highway but so quiet you would not know. Very friendly staff and neighbors. Clean and well managed.

Very communicative staff. Very friendly. I was able to get into my place and get set up. From the app where it allows you to set up your utilities to getting the keys for move in, everything was seamless.

The community is nice and the area is great. Close to all the tourist attractions and shopping. The neighborhood is safe and the apartments are beautiful.

Generally a quiet community Downstairs neighbor smokes pot on the balcony so his unit doesn’t stink. Instead he stinks up mine if my door is open. Maintenance is great. Very responsive to issues and always do great work.

At the beginning when just moved in, everything is fine, some people in the office are friendly and provide good service, but others are very rude and careless, the care and cleanliness of the complex is poor, the hallways are dirty and smell bad.

We have lived here for 3 years now and love it. Everything is taken care of and they always make residents feel important. So happy we picked courtyards at Estero. Thank you!

Since we moved in everything’s been great so far. Maintenance is very friendly and helpful. Getting used to hearing the neighbors through the walls will take some time but other than that I have no complaints .

This place is fantastic! I’ve been here for multiple years now and every year, when it comes renewal time, I just can’t think of going anywhere else. The front office staff (Judy and Lina) are about as good as you can get. They handle everything with great professionalism and kindness. I’d be remised to not mention the maintenance team. Jeff and Luis are simply amazing. They do a fantastic job and are always available for any of your apartment needs. Judy and team do a great job at engaging residents with events and activities. Another plus that’s seldom spoken of: the buildings are built to withstand inclement weather. We stayed here during Hurricane Ian and did not have any issues. All windows are impact as well, so no worries there. Overall, this community has been a joy to call home for the last 5 years :)

I’ve lived here for several years. I really like the location and the neighborhood is quiet. We recently went through an ownership change and the change is very evident- the maintenance team is fantastic though! Very quick to help and find fixes that last!

Beautiful place to live friendly and supportive staff, they really care about the grounds, the apts, and the community. Family friendly and pet friendly. Beautiful pool, bbq area is lovely.

It’s a nice semi- hidden community with friendly neighbors. Great admin and quick responses too. Maintenance is friendly and quick to fix issues.

The staff is helpful and super nice, not to mention how great the pool area is . I really enjoy living here in this community at Discovery Palms.

Excellent community and staff here at Courtyards at Estero. I love the outdoor, home style look of the apartments, and the place is set so close to all sorts of restaurants and amenities. Always recommend the complex to all my friends looking to move here.

Everything is always clean, it’s a very quiet neighborhood and the people are very kind. And the people who have dogs clean up after themselves around our building

Just moved in and so far everything has run pretty smooth can’t wait to see what more this place has to offer. Hazel was really helpful with the whole move in process.

This is a great place to live. Absolutely no complaints. The front office is friendly, helpful and always there to help. The maintenance crew is top notch and Marianne requests are fulfilled quickly. Grounds are beautiful and always clean

it was a pretty good experience, wish the walls were a little thicker and since its older the apartment has a hard time maintaining cold air, but other than that enjoyed my time

So far everyone is being so nice and welcoming! I cannot wait to keep exploring my new place and being able to enjoy the pool and go to the gym!

Been here for almost three years, have moved apartments and it was pretty smooth. apartments are great and good pricing for the area. love having a garage

Awesome place to live with a great community! My dog loves playing at the park with all the others during the daily meetup. Staff has always made everything super easy on us.

Great community, beautiful facilities and the workers are extremely nice. Slight issues with the common curtesy from some neighbors but that is out of the control of the staff. Overall, I would have to call it a positive experience

A nice quiet community that is kind of tucked away off corkscrew rd! People are friendly and the amenities are nice. The office always responds quick when you send an email. There is also plenty of parking.
