Brick-paved sidewalks, historic buildings housing locally-owned shops and restaurants, and period lighting define a great downtown district, and Downtown Jonesboro has all of that -- with a twist. You'll find the same red wolf painted on many of the windows and adorning flags, especially during football season. Of course, the Red Wolves are a key part of living in Downtown Jonesboro -- it's within walking distance of the Arkansas State University campus.
Living in Downtown Jonesboro, you'll have easy access to some of the city's best restaurants: Omar's Uptown, The Parsonage 322, Sue's Kitchen -- you'll also have access to places like the Foundation of the Arts, St. Bernards Auditorium, and the Arkansas Children's Hospital. Head to the Arkansas State campus to visit the University Museum and the Bradbury Art Museum, and cheer on the Red Wolves at Centennial Bank Stadium.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Courtyard @ The Corner
Management is great. Always professional and helpful. A really great place to live for the price. Less than 10 minute walk to ASU campus and it has internet included!
The staff is amazing, from the manager to the maintenance guy, they treat you with respect and are very kind. Affordable living, very well-maintained and quiet community
We knew we had made a bad decision moving here when on the first day we moved in the manger met us at our door and said they still had to clean the place from the previous occupants. So while we waited in our Uhaul they barely cleaned. So after moving in we noticed cockroaches and bug infestations all around the kitchen. Took forever to be resolved. Later that year the manager was fired and a new one was brought in. He lasted a few months and then was fired. On the 3rd manager (in our one year lease we had) came in and it was just unbearable. Our Air conditioning went out in the middle of July and after numerous complaints and coming home to my 3 year old daughter drenched in sweat. I called the attorney generals office and within 24hours the AC was magically fixed almost near the end of August. We left the place with one month to spare on the lease and received a bill for around $4,000 to fix the “issues” in our apartment. We’re currently taking them to court. Please don’t rent from them. They are just a terrible company with a property they cannot/will not manage so they can just raise your rent yearly because “you live close to the college”
I was really nervous when I read the reviews for this place but I was looking for something in my budget and close to campus. I decided to come in anyway just to see how "bad" it is. They are apparently working on fixing up some apartments and I got to move into one. It's clean and a decent size. Whenever I have had an issue the maintenance or managers get on it really quickly. The managers are always really nice to me and I've heard its been a change in managers in the past like 6 months. Basically, as long as you pay rent on time and don't trash the place on the way out- you won't be fined and you'll get your deposit back. I would definitely check this place out and it has a pool!
They are scammers, they were trying to charge me $725 for rent. The apartment itself is not worth that much. Moving out as soon as I can!
DO NOT LIVE HERE. The maintenance and staff are horrible. It's way too expensive. TAKE MY ADVICE. If I could rate it less than one star I would. We had sewage back up into our bathtub and sink, plus overflow onto our flow. The place is disgusting.
I left this place a year ago. They told me everything was fine before I leave this place. 2 months later I received a bill of $5235. I called them and ask why i was billed this much of money. they told me they have to repaint the apartment and clean everything and change the windows and all things they listed on the paper. I was in a shock. How dare they can do something like this and try to charge people after they leave the place. They smile your face but they try to get every penny out of you. This thing happened one of my other friend as well. I wont recommend this place for no body.
Campus Corner is right by Arkansas State University which allows you to skip paying a parking pass and walk right to campus. It has a really nice community with 2 on-site maintenance men that get to know your personally. Any problems we have had, we just let them know as we see them around the property frequently. The property manager, Taryn, is very accommodating and down-to-earth as well. I feel like everyone who works here takes care of the residents like family. It has a nice quiet pool and on-site laundry as well.
The apartments are very near the university. They are well spaced. the architecture is average and well if you consider the amount of rent. There's a pool. The society is peaceful and gated community ensures safety to some extent. Mc donalds, subway and church's chicken sotores are near-by, bu the market stores are a bit far. Al-in-all reasonable for the rent i pay
