Property Ratings at Courtyard at Central Park Apartments
I cannot express enough how disappointed and disgusted I am with the apartment. We signed up at the height of covid-19 so we were unable to walk the apartments and had to rely on the staff and pictures. The apartment we have had to endure is infested with roaches - we noticed the day of move in but was told that was because the previous tenant and that management doesn't know these things until they move - not true - the whole building and a few others are according to the exterminator they sent out a few times - and the place is just disgustingly old and run down. Rust on the bathroom mirror, holes in the bottom cabinet. Take a look at all the other reviews and run as far away from the place as possible. I gave 2 stars to the regular leasing agent staff because she was always nice.

Apartment are nice but management is horrible. They do not enforce their own rules. Some neighbors here play the radio on full blast all day and night, theirs constant fights all over and the good neighbors are the only ones that suffer. I gave several noise complaints to management with horrible results, two times i got in a confrontation with my neighbor because I work during the day fail to notice that the neighbors and management happen to be friends so that went the wrong way to say the least. Now I'am stuck here for the next 10 months for least to be over. Stay away even Police told me wait for lease to be over or break it.
$15 a month extra for 1 parking spot and they still towed my car out of my paid spot. Neighbors aren't too bad but management is the worst. Apartments themselves are pretty nice. And laundry services always break down take weeks to fix don't even put out of order sign on them
A lot of people aren't a big fan of the area , but I have been in way worse. I read several reviews that complained about car windows being broken or even gun shots, but have experienced neither in the time I have been here. Also a lot of placesplaces (food deliverydelivery) will not feliver here based off of the neighborhood as well, but even North Freano has areas like thatthat. They are very lenient with applications which, having been first time renters with a baby on the way, was great for my partner and who were turned away many places due to no rental history. The application process was easy and the worker Ashley was extremely friendly and made sure to check in with us the entire waiting period before move in, letting us know of repairs and what not being done before we signed our leaselease. front and managment has always been polite, as we have to them, and when we need repairs it is done quickly. Floor space is amazing for the price as most units this large were at least a few hundred more dollers and appliances and everything were up to date. Obly downside was water was not included and covered parking cost a little extra too, but even with those things, still affordable for what you're getting. Very clean property, well kept and nice landscaping. Laundry on site is convenient, but have only used it a few times since I prefer to use the laundromat. All in all it is a good apartment complex and despite the neighborhood, it really is a bice little areaarea.
it's hard to review place that is great, the person and the maintenance are great.
I live in a nice sized 3bed/20th apartments here and I like. We have 24/7 access to the laundry on site. The office is pretty helpful with any of my concerns. For example there were ants in my apartment and I asked if they could spray. They had already known about the problem and added me to the extermination list and my place was sprayed the following afternoon. The most noise I hear outside are usually just the kids at the after school program they have here. They provide breakfast and lunch for the kids here during the program and they offer a summer program as well. Honestly, I really like this place. It may not be in the best side of town but it's a nice safe place to live :) hope this was helpful
