Courtside is great. Unlike my past apartments... This place has good management. The staff actually care and keep us comfortable. The carpets are always clean, common areas are always kept tidy... and the location is truly unbeatable.
My girlfriend and I moved in last month. we toured all the KOP apartment complexes. Our gut instincts told us courtside square. we were right!! friendly staff, nice grounds, PERRRRRFECT location. We are happy!
