they play games with getting your deposit back even though they have stated there is no reason to not expect the deposit back and that it would be returned to us. now they won’t answer or return my calls so i have to contact their management. would love to give a review of the property but the way they do business is completely off putting. Find someplace else to live!!
I am In Love Courtney Park Zach Made the move in process so easy For us And the apartment it’s self Is nothing short of amazing I love everything about the community from the gated community to the neighbors to even the assigned parking I will and continue Refer Friends and family to Courtney Park!!! I have been a resident at Courtney park for over 2 years now. The grounds are kept up very nice. The pool and courtyard are a nice addition. Courtney Park has a great new management team (un like the previous)

Had a great experience touring an apartment. Zach was very professional and personable. The community is very well kept. The pool is the nicest I’ve ever seen. I highly recommend coming by to take a look!

The neighborhood is kept up beautifully, any issues are taken care of immediately, but there is very rarely an issue that interferes with the residents or living here. New management team are angels! They keep up with the property and leave it looking great, no messes, no problems!

I had a good experience with them. My daughter goes to Palm Beach College and the leasing agent was very professional and patient with her questions. He even stayed past closing hours to accommodate her requests. She says its a really nice, safe community and the neighbors so far have been pretty decent. Good maintenance. So far a really smooth experience

I enjoy living here they have a nice pool and hot tub. It is gated which adds a little sense of security. I have heard about police coming in and harassing residents so I wish they would do more to speak to law enforcement.

Absolutely love Courtney Park. The community is beautiful and well maintained. Neighbors are extremely friendly. Community is very private and quiet. Grilling out has become a nearly nightly occurrence. Gym equipment is new and is a great alternative to your local gym if you don't feel like leaving the community. The gym overlooks the pool. Simply put, amenities are top notch. Can't get a much better value for the space in South Florida.

We're so excited to move into Courtney Park. We looked everywhere & Zach with the entire staff are top notch professionals. We can't wait the week and a half to move in. It's beautiful. It's managed like a resort. The pool is like a 5* hotel. The amenities are amazing. They've been extremely accommodating & I've already told at least 10 couples to go to Courtney Park "first" b/c after that you'll see the difference between when professional mgt runs a property vs companies that simply don't care. They've kept their word on everything they've promised so far & no reason why to think the living experience there won't be anything less that superb. The entire staff is friendly. The neighbors we met are all extremely nice. Extremely clean grounds. The 10 days can't come fast enough. Thank you to the entire staff especially Zach who is a true professional.
