Countryside Village Apartments

I swapped my renters insurance and was charged extra a couple of months because they thought I didn't have it. When I went to show proof of insurance they said they could waive the current month and not the past ones. When I ask why the Property manager said it was because she called multiple times but I never received a call. As I was walking out she was arguing with me and all I said was "you didn't call me" angrily twice and she followed me out and she said "I wont be waiving this months charge." Way to be petty. Look for a different apartment.

Don't live here. It's dirty, not well maintained, the staff is awful and unhelpful, just, don't.

FAKE google reviews. The new manager Jess is so rude and doesn't care. Unfixed issues, roaches, horrible communication, pool broken ALL the time, dirty property. Cars get broken in to!

I have lived here for a long time and managers only last about a year the one here lies about everything our lights under the carports went out again last time for 6 months went to office and manager said it's not a safety issue it is when bare wires are not connected to anything.i put work order for lock to be fixed they turned it In as fixed they never came pot holes in middle of street and they say it's the other property road. Speed bumps are missing so cars drive 40 mph through property.The people in the office lie for her and say the manager is busy and when you go in there she is not this place gets worse every year

Don’t move here !!! they will move you into a dirty apartment and that will only be the beginning of your issues , maintenance entering and leaving your door unlocked and your lights on without you home , and most of the time no notice! if you don’t care about your privacy or safety this place is perfect.

They got rid of security without notifying me and my neighbors when you call the security they inform you that countryside doesn’t have a security team and say they carry security in the office

Super friendly and nice when they want you to move in. When you try to move out? Good luck. Gave me the run around on my notice to vacate. Now I owe another month of their ridiculously priced month to month. I won't even be there the full month and they still expect me to pay a full month's rent. Say they can't prorate it. These people are money hungry and will do anything and everything to get as much out of you as they can! New management seemed good at first but the only thing that changed is the rent went way up. They said their own washer and dryer machines are required in every unit and that is why rent went up. I never got a set. I called multiple times and they said they would call back to make an appointment. Just save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere!

Why have a year round pool listed if it’s been closed for 7 months and greener than Shrek also I’ve had no ac for weeks I’ve called multiple times

Great staff at these apartments. Maintenance actually responds to issues quickly and gets things fixed, doesn't just put things off or make excuses.

I have lived in many apartments by far this is the best complex I have lived in. The maintenance team is very sufficient in what they do and they respond to work orders very quickly. The office staff were very sweet and did everything for me as quickly as possible to get me moved in. They really did make it feel like home. They also have resident events which most apartment complexes don't do that. This is a very pet friendly community they do have breed restrictions and weight restrictions like most communities but they allow dogs under 60 lbs. So glad I was able to bring TMAC with me! This place is a great place to live. I would recommend this to everyone that is looking for a place to call home.

These apartments are amazing!!! Especially the staff. They are very friendly and helpful! Shout out to shelby the one that helped me get my first apartment!

In 2015 my wife had her identity stolen and our income tax ,bank accounts and everything else was stolen.to make a long story short they.said if i moved out promtly and with no problems they would give me a good reference and not pursue any monies for breaking lease. I did as they asked didn't ask for a reference either and they did just what they said what they wouldn't thier suing me for like 3000 dollars for rent and breaking my lease. I would not trust anyone who works there they are liars i would not even think about moving in there and yes they did have a bid black mold problem many tenenets were suing them to get out of lease agreements. I guess they thought they would stick it to me to try and recoup some of the loss the black mold was causing them do not move here.!!

I had couple of incidents here. I lived here almost 4mos and I wished my lease was up. At first when you come in their all nice and tend to butter you up. After you signed that lease those people become different. Very disrespectful and not very un-professionals on customer service. Had one employ try to talk down to me when all I wanted is a key to my mailbox. The manger was right there in front of us. Did she stop him? No. After, the manger and the employee started arguing in front of the people that we're there in the lobby. I was very surprised. That an employ would disrespect the manger so bad in front of the workers and people there. Now, if the manger let's her employ talk to her that way. Can you imagine? How the employee had talked to me and how he talks to the other people that live there? There is one lady she is very pleasant and nice to talk to. Her name is Ashley. If you are wanting to look at this apartments my recommendation will have to go to her. Manger is very rude....!!!!!

Stayed here a lot when visiting my mother during college. The upgraded units were nice, indoor/outdoor pool is pretty legit as well.

Great location and they offer covered parking which is hard to find! Property management is friendly. The indoor / outdoor pool is a huge plus. I mimic the other review below as the staff really go above and beyond.

I recently moved here and the apartment with the location I really liked was not ready due to e writhing had to be changed out and the manager told me at last minute. I then just moved into another apartment but the location just wasn't right and I had some issues. I asked her if there was anything I could do and she offered to let me stay here until the one I really wanted was ready. The manager is new here and so far she is the best property manager I've seen at any apartment complex I have lived at!

This is the perfect apartment, assuming you're deaf, have the patience of Mother Teresa, and an immune system a vampire would covet. I've been here for almost 4 months and have had so many problems. Ant infestations, black mold, a petulant neighbor, and amenities I've been warned to avioid. They've sprayed inside and out for the ants, but they're living deep in the walls where they can't be reached. When I asked them to fix water-damaged walls that were growing mold, they spent 7 minutes PAINTING OVER THE MOLD. It's still their, just more stealthy as it kills me now. My neighbor has been keeping me awake all night for most of the nights I've been here with the most ungodly sounds, but that's not enough to evict him. My job and health are suffering, and if you value yours, I would suggest you look elsewhere. I know I am.

I live in countryside village. When I moved in i thought these were really nice apartment's but I was sadly mistaken. I have lived here for almost 4 months now and my out side storage has mold all over the walls and they still haven't came to fix it. After 3 months of living here i had a huge hole in my window and until after the 4th time of saying somthing to them they finally came and fixed it. So far anything that has broke iv had to have my boyfriend fix it becuase it would take the office people weeks to get to it. every month so far when I go in to pay rent there's always some money that I supposedly owned that I supposedly didn't pay the previous month but the confusing part is they never said anything to me pervious of paying rent. the office women have no idea what their doing or talking about and its quite frustrating. iv lived here 4 months and I'm already ready to move some where els, I honestly wouldn't recommend these apartments to anyone

I've been at this location for two years and I have liked my time here. Neighborhood is calm. I can walk my dogs in peace. Only downgrade is the gym, especially since it's only open during office hours.
