Property Ratings at Countryside Villa Apartments
Staff said I never paid money to add someone on my lease!!. Went and got a copy of that information showing to them!!. In 2020 they provided me with wrong lease information. Office staff so lazy and they just amaze me how they will drop off paper on your door regarding lease renewal 3 weeks before your lease expires but they will be on you and mess up your credit history for NOT giving them 60 days notice before lease expires!. They will annoy you by calling non stop regarding renter insurance even if your policy for renters insurance is still the same. Again lazy staff for not being able to verify renters insurance on their own!. glad my lease is up and I am gone!!THEY ALSO LIED ABOUT DOING CARPET DEEP CLEANING EVERY YEAR. Lived there for about 3 years the most they did was painting the balcony and changing balcony!. Speaking of balcony, they called me 20 times telling me I left stuff on the balcony came to find out they disorganize self discovered they called the wrong person and they NEVER EVEN BOTHER TO CALL ME BACK AND APOLOGIZE about their annoying self! I have Never put anything on their stupid balcony!. Was a series of one error after another!. The staff here really works hard on getting rid of old tenant! Due to rent increase.
These apartments were built in 1974 and still look like 1974 inside. The price of the rent does not represent the value you get. Most of all management is much more important because we all need someplace to stay. The management here is the worst I've experienced and I have lived a lot of places. I can not wait for my lease to be up!
The Apartments are beautiful but the office staff is horrible and very unprofessional. Maggie has a very condescending attitude and looks down at the residents. She will tell you anything to get you to move in and once you’re in a lease act like you are crazy. If you can deal with her you will be fine.
I have just moved in and I'm really loving the apartment. I am new with this smooth surface stove but I like my new carpet, new cabinets and the apartment was painted very well!
I like this apartment can you email me back.. I'm trying to move in before December so I can start school at Forsyth
