The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Country Way Townhomes
Probably one of my favorite apartments yet! I didn’t want to leave. They are very understanding and helpful. Never had any problems during my year in Saginaw. Most affordable too, even with the rising rent prices. New management. Quiet area. Spacious. Definitely apply!!
I took a look at these townhomes despite what I had been told, and was pleasantly surprised! It's not Parkside anymore. The place was clean and neat and the townhomes were really good size, especially for the price which includes water and trash. I like that they have the hardwood floors and basement with laundry hookups, and parking was right in front. It's a great setup and easy on the budget.
I lived here about three years ago and it was pretty scary at night with parties and fights and stuff. I am staying here with my boyfriend now and I am surprised at how quiet it is now! There's no thugs hanging out, no fights, no loud music - I am totally okay walking the dog around at night. The staff is nice and take care of things like they should. The townhouses are neat and clean, they could use some updating, but are nice and really big. It's a big change from when I lived here and definitely not Parkside anymore!
"GARAGE" don't move here .....need not say any more for real !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
