The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Country Oaks Apartments
The old property management company was far better than the current company. They don’t look into concerns, they don’t return calls, they are rude unprofessional and extremely disrespectful. If you can find another apartment I would recommend it. Pay more to not have to deal with the horrible management. Since the current company took over I have hated it here as well as had nothing but problems. I am leaving ASAP. The pictures are just smoke and mirrors.
Old management was better/more friendly. After December 2024 new management took over. Less service more money. Ps these new photos are very deceiving . White paint new cabinets.and laminate flooring doesn’t justify a $350 rent increase.
Country oaks is such an ideal place to stay! The staff treats you more than just a tenant! Debbie in the office is always extremely pleasant and in great spirits making it easy to talk to her with any concerns or just a friendly chat! The head maintenance guy there is such a friendly guy! He’s very knowledgeable and work orders are always fulfilled in a timely manor! The 2 of them together are like a dynamic duo who strive to make sure every resident is comfortable living on the property! If you’re looking for a new place to stay look no further! Call today and ask for Debbie!! I hate to leave this residence but I know for a fact anyone who’s looking for a next home will be nothing short of happy here! Also, Jennifer in the head office is soooooooo nice! This whole property is just a breath of fresh air!!
I've lived here for almost 8 years and love it! Their staff is always friendly and on top of any issues that I've ever had. I'm proud to call this my home and highly recommend it to anyone!
I've lived here for almost 3 years. Never had a problem with the landlords/managers and my neighbors were great too. Very respectful and when I had an issue, they were friendly to help. The location was perfect and close to everything that I needed. Price is affordable when I compared to other Oak Creek properties and I still had all the amenities that I was looking for (washer/dryer in apartment, garage, and allowed cats). If I didn't purchase a house, I still would be living there.
I have lived in these apartments for over six years and while the apartments are okay, the management at this place are not the best people to work with. Every single encounter that I've had with the people in the office has been HORRENDOUS. My husband and I have been good tenants and have never been late on rent or have had any issues. But anytime that I need to talk to management about a concern with the apartment or question I get such attitude from them. For example, our latest issue with management, after living in the apartments for about 6 1/2 years we bought a home. Thankfully our lease was up about two months after we put in an offer on our house. When I went to tell the management that we were moving out I found out that we were one week late in getting our notice to vacate into them and were locked into another year lease. With all of the stress of buying a house I suppose I had forgotten to get it in one week earlier (literally one week late). The management gave me such a hard time and threatened me saying that we were locked in for a whole year and that we had to LIVE here for another year. Our lease did not end until September 30. I got our notice to vacate into them by July 29. And we were going to be moving out the end of August. So what did it even matter that we were one week late in getting our notice to vacate into them if we wouldn't even be moving out until the end of August. It's not like they could get into the apartment to start cleaning it anyways. After a very long ordeal, where the management at the Oak Creek country Oaks did absolutely nothing to help us, we finally got it resolved when we talked to the owner of Bieck Managment. All in all I'm not sure I'd say it's worth it especially if you only plan on living here for short period of time. If you have to have any contact with the office I sincerely have sympathy for you. Another issue that happened right after we moved in that I feel like mentioning is our AC unit got clogged and flooded our downstairs neighbors apartment. While staff did come and fix the AC unit they left our neighbors downstairs with soaking wet ceilings which eventually got moldy. Mind you this was over six years ago and our neighbors still have mold on their ceiling after repeatedly telling the office that there is mold on the ceiling. Yeah...
I've lived in Country Oaks for several years now. It's been a very pleasant experience. The grounds are kept up nicely, even when it comes to snow removal in winter. They give good notice of any maintenance being done - such as work on the stairwell outside the apartment. They've always been fast and courteous when I've needed things done or needed to speak with someone. The apartments are roomy - for someone like me, almost too much, though it means I have a nice sized office - and nicely laid out, and having a garage is definitely nice come winter! As is having the washer and dryer inside the apartment, instead of needing to go out to a facility. Having good neighbors and shops nearby at a comfortable walk - and schools, as well - with the freeway just a few minutes away just makes this all the better. I'd definitely recommend checking out Country Oaks.
The neighbors are the best people I could have moved next too, the garage has the perfect amount of space, I love having a bathroom in my bedroom !!! The walk in closet is beautiful and the space in the 2nd bedroom is perfect for our daughter !! I wouldn't leave this place ;)!
Country Oaks Apartments in Oak Creek, WI are by no means are they the fanciest/most modern apartments but you get a lot for your money. I currently rent a 2 bed/1.5 bath townhouse with central air, huge master bedroom with walk-in closet, and garage spot. There is also a pool and they offer to feed your cats and water your plants while away on vacation. The rent is reasonable and there is no added monthly fee for up to 2 cats. There is 24hr maintenance service and they are quick to look at/fix any issues. The only con is that there is carpet everywhere (except kitchen and bathrooms), and I am not a fan of carpet.
