Great Place to Live in Webster Ny Where Life is Worth Living , Price is Fair , Pets are Welcome with a nice Pool a lot of friendly people , friendly Maintenance Team who are very fast if have a maintenance request. and Very Helpful and Friendly management ,

No complaints with my stay. Maintenance did great and responded quickly. Good community.

Maintenance guys fix any problem pretty quick and the Ladies in the office are very helpful,

The Property Manager is rude and acting as monarch and not returning security deposits and saying if you want go for litigation. The funny part is he saying he is taking deposits as he found some Roches after I vacated, they themselves treated while I was in the building stating they are treating entire community!!

Nice apartment and area for me. Lived here 4 years and they always help out when I need it. Updated things I asked for when I renewed my lease and fix any thing I call about.

it is impossible to sleep when people are walking above us! very bad floor above us! creaks very loudly! pay attention to this when you want to rent an apartment here! I do not recommend these apartments!

My girlfriend and I were in need a new place pretty last minute as our old landlord was neglectful, didn’t care about the building and/or his tenants, maintenance was a joke, etc. All in all, pretty terrible person. Once we saw Country Manor listed online we immediately fell in love with the place and had to go see it! Once we saw it in person I was shocked to see how much it resembled the photos online. They got us acceted quick and with no issues! They worked around our schedule and we’re there for help or questions every step of the way! Our apartment was cleaned and ready to go the morning of our move! The last month here has been nothing short of amazing and I have nothing but good things to say! The new property management seems to be a big step in the right direction for this complex compared to what people in the past have said! They are always there when you need them no matter what it is. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a well kept and beautiful place to live!

I've lived here for 3 years and was about to move but New Owners bought the property and have completely been Turning this complex around for the better. Day by day it keeps getting better can't wait to see what's next. My apartments is very spacious and just perfect. Maintenance is great when ever theirs a problem they are on it. Sarah at the office is the best. If you need anything she's always going above and beyond to make sure her tenenant's are happy and well taken care of. It's a great place to live, lots to enjoy all around.

Country Manor has brand new property management in charge. They are so caring and considerate when it comes to their tenants. The complex is wonderful, and well-kept. My former landlord was a nightmare, and I wanted to get out of my old apartment ASAP when my lease ended. The property management at Country Manor made the process quick and easy. On move-in day, my apartment was spotless, with brand new appliances. Another huge plus? Heat is free, for Rochester's super cold winters. (You know how expensive those RGE bills can get!) If anyone is looking for an affordable apartment that feels like home, Country Manor is the first complex I would recommend!

The new owners are amazing very helpful and responsive. The new manager Andrew is very nice and helpful and willing to help at any time.

Recently, I was in need of a quick place to move. After searching the area nothing was available. However, the staff at Country Manor went above and beyond to make sure I got into an apartment within the timeframe I needed. They even made some improvements to the apartment prior to my move-in date. Their attentiveness made this stressful situation much easier!

Great living space for the 1 bedroom units. Bedroom is big and has a huge closet. Kitchen is decent sized and mine has nice flooring.

I know this complex just got new ownership and let me tell you what, they have been amazing. the whole move-in process was smoother than I have EVER experienced! I am really excited about all of the improvements! Not only that Andrew the PM and Sarah the APM have been amazing to work with! Thank you Country Manor Apartments!

Do not move in here. The hallways are disgusting and always smell really bad which ends up coming into your apartment. The people in the office don't know how to do their job at all. They screw you over with having to pay your last months rent even though you pay that when you first move in. I will NEVER move back here if it was the last place open.

Management ignores your calls and does not return them..They don't do anything about people letting there dogs run off leash and pooping anywhere without cleaning it up. This is suppose to be locked buildings but the door in my building has had a broken lock for about 4 months now and I have asked for it to be fixed with no reply and not fixed. If you don't mind living with roaches and mice caused by the way some tenets live (in filth) and the hallways and stairs of buildings are kept then you might like this place. However if you dont want to be ashamed to have company over and the smell of the filth then I would not even bother filling out the application.My lease is up in July and my daughter and I are counting down the days!

Before 12/2019, it was terrible and dirty. As soon as the new management took over around the new year, everything has changed dramatically. The buildings are already cleaner and being taken care of. Apartments are being renovated. The office staff is incredibly helpful and nice. When a concern is expressed they immediate seek action to help it and they follow up on concerns. The units themselves have wonder features and space. So add to them being properly taken care of makes this the nice and affordable apartments they are. With this management, living here is wonderful and continuing to improve.

I have lived at Country Manor for about three years. This year I wanted to upgrade to a larger unit halfway through my current lease. The people working there helped me and made the process very easy. The units are very modern and I have had to call maintenance for a serious issue only once. Overall, if you are looking for an apartment in Webster, definitely look at Country Manor.

Problems since day one!!! They only have 1 maintenance guy.. probably renting over 200 units,4 weeks to replace the dryer(still waiting). Management is a joke they will lie to you over and over and are very rude to their tenants. No one ever picks up the phone. It has 4 stars because most of the reviews are by the employees.

Property was amazing !!! The office staff was cool!! The young lady and the gentleman was awesome!!! Omg they will have you laughing. The Apartments are very spacious. These reviews had me about to give up on something good!!! I absolutely love the community.

Came in and was greeted by a nice gentleman He was very friendly and he made the tour fun. He even played with my daughter while I was filling out the application. I don’t remember his name but I hope he will be there going forth.

The only positive thing about this place is the employees. The maintenance guys seem to always be extremely busy. It's much appreciated that they are out there early to get the sideways shoveled and salted. The new leasing agent (Liz) has been great. She seems to really care and try to get our problems solved. Her friendly demeanor is welcoming and what you would expect from someone dealing with the public.

This apartment complex seems great until you've lived there a few months and start to see the cracks. Management is a joke. Anytime you would have an issue and go to them it would take weeks for anything to get done. Very unprofessional management. Had issues all year with people throwing trash in front of the dumpsters and around the dumpsters, especially in the winter time. We were promised the parking lot would be plowed in the winter before 7am, plows always showed after noon. They have a pool they just didnt open this summer. They have a fitness center that you can use 24/7, however you need a key card to get in and half the time management would have issues with the system and couldnt figure out how to get it up and running. I think management changed 3 times in the year I was there. Only positive are the maintenance guys. They were always helpful and professional.

When I first moved here the first year was good. Pool was open every day, lawn was manicured, snow was plowed and the office staff was friendly knowledgeable and attentive. NOW, The pool is green soup which is a hazard in itself. I called Department of Health. I had them spray for roaches 3 times to finally get rid of them. It took 2 weeks for them to fix my dryer, which is ancient, they barely mow and don't bother with the weeds. One of the picnic tables was broken, one side was on the ground. I mentioned it to the staff because it's unsafe. They proped the legs back up under the one side.. Seriously... That's so much safer... When the new owners first bought this place I gave them the benefit of the doubt they hadn't plowed but they are just lazy, cheap and have no consideration for the tenants, who, by the way, pay their salaries. If they didn't have tenants they wouldn't get paid. And if they keep going like this it won't be long. But the pool really burns me.

If you love to live with black mold, roaches, and mice; then this is, the place for you! The staff is unprofessional and there is no upkeep on the property or buildings. Hallways are dirty, no one cleans them. If you were wondering why the move in specials are too good to be true, this is why! I would never recommend this place to anyone. The dumpsters are always overflowing and garbage all over the grounds.

When i first moved in this complex was amazing. The office staff was attentive and responsive. If there was a maintenance issue it was repaired within 24 hours. The grounds were well kept- everything you could ask for! Now it’s a nightmare. The office staff is clueless, they are unprofessional and don’t return calls. If something needs repair they take several weeks to fix it if at all. There is tons of garbage on the grounds. It’s a hell hole!

Ownership doesnt know what customer service is, Management ignores you and Maintenance doesnt fix anything. i cant wait to move out

I've lived here for 5 years ,and was fine until this new property came in. Nothing gets fixed , service is horrible they tell you they will do something or call back and never do it. No weekend hours so people with 9 to5 jobs can never make it to the office . The fitness center and laundry card machine have been not accessible for months now because they "have corporate working on it" and that's all they say. I would never live here again. Management and staff are rude.

we lived here for 3 years before moving to florida and we loved it. we saw some bad reviews on some websites and can't seem to figure out why. we worked with John the manager and his staff when we needed something and they were always so professional and kind. they always called back and made sure we were satisfied. our apartment was on the bottom floor and even though we heard some noise from our upstairs neighbors, the value was worth it. we had washers and dryers and really cute hardwood flooring. we haven't been able to find anything that compares to country manor down here but if we ever move back to new york we know where we'll be moving
