Country Hills Apartments

This review is solely about management communication. I received a 30-day notice today. When I called I was told that there was no reason for the notice, Carol just decided not to renew the month to month lease. My rent is paid on time, no disturbance complaints and no damage to the property. She said they have the right to not renew if they choose for no specific reason. I just want to send a warning to potential tenants to beware, when searching for a place to live, you may want to opt for a place that gives some consideration to others. It may be worth it to pay more rent somewhere else than to potentially end up unexpectedly homeless for "no reason". I am currently consulting an attorney and this will be posted on every site that I can find. I am also submitting to CBS2. People need to be made aware of this.

Country Hills is the perfect apartment to live in if you like being treated very well and if you like living in a one bedroom apartment. The surroundings are fair. Around here are fast food places where you can walk to and a grocery store that is fast and easy to get to. The staff here are very respectful. They treat you like good friends and when you need something they do their very best to help you as soon as they can. These one bedroom apartments are very roomy and in the living room you are able to fit two full size couches to relax and have your friends and family over, with still plenty of room to move around. In the one bedroom is also the bathroom and walk in closet. It's a comfortable place to come home to after a long day at work. You even have a balcony outside for when you want company or just to be able to sit outside and enjoy the stars at night.The kitchen is also a fair size with a fair amount of space to put all your supplies in. For you looking for a first apartment to start your life in, these would be a good option.

Very nice apartments with an excellent staff. Good place to call home rest your head and hang up your hat and relax.

The ac and heat work. The place isn't too horrible and you get quite a bit of space. As long as you don't mind constantly cleaning because of the bugs. As long as you clean a lot the bugs aren't too bad. No dishwashers or washer/dryers in unit. The community is pretty nice and friendly and the office is pretty good. The only really bad part is the bugs.

This apartment complex is so quiet. Never any trouble. It's like a small community. The people here are very nice and respectful. These one bedroom apartments are very spacious (you should see how big the closet is). The grounds are kept clean. Parking spaces also available. Laundry room has washers and dryers that work very good. I really enjoy living here and do not plan to move any time soon.

As a resident here at Country Hills Apt. I feel really good is a peaceful and comfortable apartments, i feel so happy to live in a place like this one. My apartment has a big room a living room the kitchen bathroom and a walking close it i love it, I also like that Its close to stores and parks. The other residents are very respectful and friendly i have made many friends in here in country hills apartments it also has a pool to get relaxed The Staff are very professional and organized thanks to the manager and debbie and all the staff for having me as resident in your apartments.

This is a pretty good place to live, the neighbors are really nice and there are many stores around. The area is really calm, it's next to old town perris where there's many great shops. It's really close to the freeway entrance which makes it easier to go to work I personally love it here any you will to!

Managers and staff are very polite & attentive. Grounds are always clean. Neighbors are very nice. It's quiet & peaceful to me. Nicest apartments I've ever been in. I would recommend this place.

First let me say ,the apartments are perfect for seniors or small family's. All the apartments are one bed room,but very spacious. The kitchen is perfect for two cooks at a time and the bathroom is spacious for two to groom at a time.The grounds are well maintained, along with the recreation room and pool area. There's always something going on, cook out, easter egg hunt, and senior exercise classes. The staff and my neighbors make it home for me.

After a long, hard day at work, I look forward to a peaceful place that I call HOME. Leaving all the drama of the work-place outside, I relax in a place that promotes a quiet, safe environment for me and my family. Having very few problems here at home is a blessing and this is mainly due to the excellent staff and never having to worry or concern myself with gangs, drugs or un- desireables hanging around. From the lush landscaping and surroundings, you get a feeling of HOME and the tranquility you feel as you enter the property thru the security gates. The Beautiful Pool area is always maintained in an inviting and professional manner. This is truly our SAFE HAVEN!

Moved into country hill apt. june 01,2015 from the first time I walked in to the office to get the rental app the office staff is very friendly My apt is very roomie has a huge walk in closet lots of room for me and my two boys everybody I have met that live here are very friendly and this complex is very quiet and very relaxing im glad I choose country hills apt.as my new home thank you apartment.com for helping me find my new home If your looking for a place to live stop by country hills apartments for a visit and I know you will want to stay....

I am a single mom. I just got divorce .it was bad and ugly divorce. I have no were to go with my daughter, since I have bad credit and all the apartment I applied for said no . they said yes . the management help me to not be on the streets with my daughter. I appreciate them so much. they helped me by putting roof on top of our heads.

The staff is extremely professional! When an issue arises they act quickly to resolve it. They should all be compensated for their efforts! Thank you so much! Maintenance always does a wonderful job very respecting and trust worthy. Country hills is a pleasant beautiful quiet community boy my son and I enjoy living there and most of all we have the best neighbours ever!!! I had referred a sister of mine to move in to the community as we'll and sure enough she now lives here as we'll and enjoys her apartment very much. I'm looking forward to being a resident for long term as I am very comfortable in the community most of all satisfied with both our managers Carole and Debbie very courteous and always make me feel like I'm at home and priority to them when I need their assistance thanks soo much for such pleasant customer service !

I have been living here for a couple of months and I love it here. Very quite, not a lot of people hanging out, staff always keep the Apartment very clean outside. The office staff is always polite and there to help you. Nice Apartment and live the price

first and formal i want to thank Debbie and Carolle who have been absolutley the greatest landlords i went through a devastating storm in my life i went through a divorce battling it out trying to find somewhere to live they worked with me like they were a family member they have gave me a home to live with me and my daughter the apartment complex is well kept in shape very friendly and family oriented i never want to leave from here there is zero disturbance its a relaxation of paradise to me thank you again for reading my review and take care

The Country Hills Apartments are located just off the 215 fwy. The apartments are spacious and very clean. The area is very quiet and the residents pretty much all stay to themselves. The management staff is very helpful with any problems that my come up.. The hounds and maintenance crew do a very great job on keeping the complex looking very respectable..

Interact with the friendly residents and Management or Watch Free Cable TV at your convenience in the Recreation room. Monthly activites and Contests are posted making the living experience that much more enjoyable. If you have any trouble or problems in your apartment, the Maintenance is quick and precise to fixing the issue. Take a load off at the community pool, With Gas and Charcoal grills, as you swim in the sparkling pool! Do you hate it when you can't sleep at night because of to much noise? Well then Country Hills is perfect for you, There is no noise and its very peaceful day and night. Dislike carrying loose change to do you laundry? Wash all your troubles away with Country Hills state of the art Machine deposit system, Enter your bills into a deposit Machine and Get all your Credits loaded onto a Card! Swipe with ease as you wash and dry your clothes! Carolle the landlord is very understanding and here for any questions and concerns, and doesn't hesitate to go above and beyond to help. Managers are great, with great attitudes. Love the Apartments nice and very roomy for everything u need. The gated community is very clean nice great people all are very respectful and quite. It is the best apartments that we have found when we started looking in September of last yr. We love it so much we don't want to look for any other home. Everything to the front office to the pool area and the laundry room it is always 100% clean. A great place to raise a family and call your own. The rent is really cheap affordable for a great community like this one. So come and see what all of you are missing.
