Property Ratings at Country Club Village
Located in a quiet neighborhood the property is landscaped with many large pine and palm trees. The two best values are the property manager and the friendly excellent maintenance crew. It takes good people to help make your rental a home. Second is the location within walking distance of shopping, food services, gas and bus service. In addition the apartments have close and fast access to Interstate 5. The tenant mix is close and seems to get along with each other. Check it out you won't be disappointed. Duane T
management does nothing regarding security. One of my neighbors has had her apartment windows broken out twice. The second time there was a blood pile right under the broken window. Looked like a murder scene. Took over a week for them to fix the window & clean up the dry blood. Very dangerous & expensive apartment in a horrible neighborhood. Please Take your hard earned money some where else. I lived on the east side of Stockton before moving into a one bedroom here & this is more expensive & there's way more homeless people walking around this area (surprisingly) & that calls for more car thefts. I've lived here for almost 6 months now & my car (Honda) has been stolen & parted out. last night in my other car -I had my subs stolen- found a key shoved into the ignition. Thank god the battery in the car was dead. Management didn't care & gave me a 30 day notice. Francis is nice to your face. Makes friends with the tenants & hides in they're apartment to spy on other tenants. She'll favor tenants too. Please rent from a landlord you can trust.

You did fail to mention that this was your second time living here and that you had a bad experience the second time. I am a great manager and there is always one resident that I can not please . I never gave you a 30 day get the facts straight your girl put in her 30day notice so that you would have a skip on your rental record, because you failed to want to put it in writing per contract. Also you car was broken down and I had told you to remove it off the property so no one would think it was abandon. All my residents keep an I out on my property so when there is a discrepancy my resident let me know then I address it, however I seen this one with my own eyes. hope you living experience in the future get better have a great day!
THESE APARTMENT HOMES ARE VERY NICE &CLEAN AND THE MANAGER IS VERY HELPFUL AND SO SWEET SHE WILL GIVE ALL DETAILS ON ALL THE THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THE PROPERTY. BUT GO LOOK AT ONE IM THINKING ON MOVEING IN AS SOON AS ONE IS AVAILABLE. VERY NICE N SHADY AND VERY CLEAN & CALM.... FRANCIS B

I lived at Country Village Woods before and I loved it. I just moved back in and Tracy, the new manager is great already. She was a huge help getting me back into an apartment I like, and very flexible with her schedule to accommodate my very busy schedule. This is this the place to live, first time apartment owner or looking to move. Two thumbs up, more if I had them!
