Its just as amazing as it looks in the pictures I moved in November 1st 2023 and when we fell in love with the apartment months before we applied now being here I'm still in awe from the price to the amenities to the care of the property I never have walked outside and felt disgusted. The application and move in process was quick and easy! I wouldn't wanna stay anywhere else. Only con for me is I do wish there was a playground on property.

The office staff and maintenance team are amazing. They have responded quickly to all of my requests. Same day responds to fix minor repair issues. This complex is quite well maintained.

They have the best staff and maintenance staff hands down. When I needed an apartment on short notice they took care of me. I've been here for 2 weeks and it has been wonderful. My future is secure and safe here with beautiful landscaping, grounds and staff. I even have an alarm at my door along with fences and a gate.

These are the BEST apartments in Lake Charles. They've always helped with any problems I had, no bugs, friendly staff and the most beautiful water view right outside my door.

The apartments are dangerous!!!! I was robbed robbed 3 times during my one year lease. The office did not care, did not do anything about it, was horribly disgustingly rude, and the courtesy officer showed up hours after I called the emergency line. He knocked on the door and left. No phone call, no further investigation. Now they’re charging me for property that belongs to them, is covered under their insurance, was included in the police report, and I sent them multiple videos of the robbers. Do not not not move here it is not worth it!!

What makes me give a poor rating for this apartment complex is the assistant manager and the property manager managers are horrible and very rude. They are both extremely unreasonable and not helpful. They are not accommodating, and will not meet in the middle. Both are arrogant, Especially the assistant manager. Security is a problem there have been many car break-ins. Management refuse to give a copy of the key to your garage . The assistant manager have been known to allow entry into apartments without 24 hour notice. Sewer has backed up at least four different times Maintenance guys are very professional, kind and hard-working. They all get a 10 The front receptionist is extremely friendly and helpful. I rate her with a 10 as well. I would not rent at this complex.RUN…. RUN….

I moved in around the Holidays, not a fun time to move, but the staff made me feel right at home. I had Packages delivered to the office and they notified me by email when they arrived. They have parties or events for the residents once a month, my boyfriend and I had a great time at the Christmas Party and we just did a craft night with one of the local businesses Junkin Gypsies and had a blast, I met a lot of new people! The grounds are always kept up very well, and again the girls in the office have always been helpful and very nice. I did find a bug recently in my apartment :( , but they sent out a pest company the following week and I have not had any issues since! Again great apartment and even better service! Can't say enough good things about this place, I have lived all over and in many different apartments, this by far is the best all around!

I’ve had a roach problem for several months complained over 6 times I also had other issues that took (4) multiple calls to get things corrected. Parking is horrible at times I have to park 1 block away.... I’ve woken up to a roach in my chest.... tried to break my lease and they hold you to it even though they can’t fix you problem. Worst place to live not recommended to much money for they level of service. You pay for a 5 star hotel and get a 2 star roach motel!

If you looking to move into this apartment complex please have your lawyer on stand bye bc Jeff and company will steal your deposit. I was told I'll receive my deposit with in 4 weeks and here it is 5 weeks later and I still haven't received my deposit! They'll steal your money and give you all types of excuses!
