I really enjoy living here. The office staff is so friendly and helpful! The maintenance man get the job done well when you need something. It is quite around here.
We love living here at County Club Apartments. Here is why: Wi-Fi in every apartment home. Location is so good nestled between beautiful homes and wooded area with loads of tress. Dog Park. Friendly office staff and Maintenance staff. Clean Apartments and breezeways.
I have lived here for 5 years and love the community. The location is great and you get 1/2 off at the Spartanburg Athletic Club located in the back of the property. The club has so much to offer I cancelled my gym membership to join after my free trail they give you. The ladies in the office are so helpful and fun. Maintenance staff are so good at getting things fixed if I need anything done.
love living here! The staff is amazing! The grounds are well kept and it is very peaceful place. The internet they offer is great! Location location good neighbors.
Initially the complex was amazing. Friendly staff and quiet neighborhood. Until the summer time hit. My a/c went out. My children and I were without a/c for a whole week in almost 100 degree weather. Then my used to be quiet neighborhood became loud and unbearable. The final straw was when they passed out notices that rent was going up an extra $100 in the middle of my lease. I couldn't afford that with two babies so I decided to break my lease. When I initially moved in they told me to break a lease you have to pay out the rest of your lease. Wrong! They charged me for an entire year instead of the 4 months I still had left. Needless to say I could afford that so they evicted me and now its on my credit.

Dear Former Resident, We agree with you that Country Club is an amazing apartment building in a great location. Since your stay with us we have improved our staff and the issues you faced have been eradicated thanks to your feedback. Lisa, who started just after you left, is our current manager on site and she is always doing her best to respond quickly and resolve any tenants needs. Our AC units are priority, and we even call in outside parties to make sure it is fixed as soon as possible. In regards to rent , if the rent is raised it is only implemented if the lease is renewed, the original signed contract holds true until its date of expiration. As well if a resident decides to break their lease early then they are responsible to pay the remaining portion of the lease or pay until the unit is re-rented. We apologize for any miscommunication and for the misunderstanding that took place. If you would like to discuss in further detail, please feel free to call us at (864)585.9288. Nicely set up cozy apartments with a fireplace, spacious floor plans, amazing management, on call security, 2 amazing swimming pools, a fitness center with discounted prices for living in the complex maintence does their jobs, overall I love my apartment
