Property Ratings at Country Club Apartments
Disgusting! Beer cans at complex left on shelves outside. Let's people smoke in there complex totally disrespectful to neighbors. And doesn't care. Property manager Plays favorites let's them do what they want ie: smoke inside Let's them trash the complex with beer cans and cigarettes Strangers park in tenants covered parking spot constantly. Place is filthy, don't get me started on the laundry room you can smell the funk as soon as you walk in. Machines are not cleaned. Repairs never happen and when they do the guys who do it put a band aid on it instead of actually fixing it. Gross that the property manager lets people trash the parking lot with cigarette butts and cans of beer. And let's people who don't live there park in tenants spots overnight. Sick
Myself and two others applied for one of the available apartments in this complex and the Manager, Paula doesn't have any idea what she's doing. She had us apply for the apartment 4 different times and assured us we wouldn't be charged the rental application fees or the holding fees and we ended up having over $600 taken out of our accounts just for us to be denied the apartment and Paula "couldn't tell us why". All while we didn't get any of our money back and had to dispute the charges with our banks. I would stay far away from these apartments.

Thank you for the review. Our apologizes for the inconvenient and the glitch in the system when processing your applications. I was trying to refund your money as you were requesting the refund and the system failed. You were refunded in full along with the application fees (which are never refunded). We do go through a third party for the application process, so the ending result was out of my control. We are sorry for any inconvenience they may have caused.
