They are great people, both employees and the neighbors. I'd still live there If my job had not required a move.

If you are looking for a clean, quiet, pet friendly apartment with great management, timely maintenance, and well-kept grounds then Country Club is perfect for you! Office staff are professional and they even plan little events or treats for the residents! I have lived here for 2.5 years with no plans to move. Zero complaints 10/10 would definitely recommend!

The complex is very quiet and everyone is super friendly. I felt right at home the day I moved. The balconies are very nice to sit out and enjoy a cup of coffee or a meal. The staff is wonderful and responds quickly. When I had a light burn out, maintenance came and fixed my issues right away. The atmosphere here is incredible and the staff is always throwing parties for the residents. 10/10 recommend!

The staff at Country Club Apartments made our experience moving in easy and smooth. The apartment was clean and ready for us when we arrived with the moving truck. The apartment is also very quiet and comfortable.

I have lived at Country Club for 2 1/2 years, and have no plans to move. The property is conveniently located to everything, the grounds are immaculate, and the staff takes care of every detail. There is a 24/7 maintenance, and I've never had a maintenance need not handled within the hour. My two bedroom unit is very spacious, completely updated, and has lots of storage/closet space. Each unit has a private balcony or patio. We receive monthly newsletters, have fun events, contests, dinners, pool parties, etc. It is pet friendly, and includes a dog park. We have a beautiful pool, tennis court, volleyball court, basketball court, playground and exercise room. Each building has 2 washers/2 dryers, and you have the option to have w/d in your unit. There are bike racks, a car wash/vacuum station, and so much more. Very quiet and friendly neighbors. You won't be disappointed!

I’m so glad I found this hidden gem in Huntington when I moved here a little over a year ago. It’s in a secluded peaceful neighborhood and has all the amenities you could possibly want. The staff always go above and beyond to help you any way they can!

This is my third time living in these apartments since 2000. They are awesome. They always have community events that are awesome. Plus the maintenance people are fantastic. Me and my daughter love it.

I have lived here for two years. It’s a great place to live. It’s not on the main road which I love & is very quiet area. They allow pets which is a huge plus. Any time there is an issue big or small someone is there within 24 hours. The entire staff is very friendly. They always have some kind of activities going on whether it be thanksgiving dinner or a pool party. We love the playground area with swings, tennis court & basketball court. They have a community building, gym, and pool. We are close to everything. I feel completely safe here something I didn’t think could happen in Huntington.

I have lived at country club Apartments for several years at different times. I keep coming back. I love living here. The office staff, Debby and Jaime are awesome. They always try to help solve any issues that might arise. They are committed to country club Apartments and it's residents. People from all walks of life live here. From senior citizens, singles and newly starting families. It is very quiet, everyone is friendly, yet respectful of other people's space. Aesthetically the buildings are attractive, well-maintained and surrounded by mature trees throughout the complex. The maintenance staff is swift, Efficient and friendly. There are several amenities. Top of my list is the wonderful community center; which I have utilized countless times. Also included, is a free car wash station, pool, tennis Court, basketball court, volleyball court, workout room, laundry facilities in every building and a playground. The staff organizes monthly activities for adults and children. For example, there is a pool party opening and a pool party closing with food, blowups for the children and gift cards or prize giveaways. My favorite activity was the bingo night and of course Art for the children. But the best part of living at country club Apartments is the staff and the way they treat everyone like family.

My husband and I moved in here a few months ago and we love it! The staff is friendly and after talking to them for a few minuets I felt like I had known these people for forever. When there is any type of maintenance issue that I have, the issue is taken care of promptly. I like how they have events in the office/ common area every few weeks to bring families together and let people meet other people. (The car wash and car vacuum is a plus too!)

I have been a resident at country club apartments for over 8 years, and I couldn't be happier with my arrangements. The grounds are kept immaculate, the environment is quiet and very cozy, and the staff is responsive, pleasant, and professional. Their maintenance department has ALWAYS been spot on, and any maintenance issues are quickly taken care of. The location is ideal for my job, and the nearest shopping mall is less than a 10 minute drive away. I found this apartment complex by chance when I transferred to West VA, and very happy I did.

We are on our second year here at Countryclub Apt.'s, Debby and Jamie have made our experience one of the best we have ever had living in an apartment complex! The people here are helpful as well as friendly. It’s relaxing to sit outside and see the nature everything is always kept clean and maintained very well. One of the best parts to living here is the area, it’s in a very safe area of Huntington and close to mall, stores and parks! We enjoy all the people we meet at the monthly socials in the clubhouse. Looking forward to another great year!!

Car sustained golf ball damage from the neighboring golf course. I was told when I moved in that the golf course would handle damages from errant golf balls. However, that turned out to be a false statement after a small claims court ruling in the golf course's favor. Country Club Apartments didn't take any action to remedy the situation either. I wish I knew at the time that both parties didn't have any integrity between them to correct the damages they're equally responsible for so I could properly risk assess the situation. However, I believed the apartment complex representatives that errant golf ball damage would be taken care and I didn't make the appropriate decisions regarding my vehicle's comprehensive coverages and deductible. So because of that I'm responsible for $698 in damages to my vehicle. If you like being told lies and sustaining damage to your automobile, this is your place.

I moved in a little over a month ago! Staff is always friendly and mediates problems quickly. Apartment was in great shape when I moved in- fresh paint and carpet! The community is very quiet and I feel extremely safe living alone. I love that there is plenty of storage. Amenities are great for the area too- fitness center, basketball, tennis, guarded pool! My only concerns are the kitchen is a little small and some appliances are dated, but overall well maintained!

I love living here. We have lots of young adults, senior citizens and families with small children. Its a good mix. We have a free car wash, Pool, club house, tennis court, basketball court, volleyball court, work out room, laundry in building, playgrounds, walking paths. We are neighbors to the Guyan Contry Club. You can walk under tall trees and look at the golf course. Maintenance is done quickly. We are close to Marshall University, Huntington Mall and Pullman Square. Close to a lot of restaurants. I love my walk in closet and two pantry's,and large dining room. a great place to live.
