Poor property management, Manny does not care for you
Not only is this apt infested with termites. The property manager will blame you for bringing it in there. Had a problem with the ac unit, took a year before it was replaced. Most apt on the 2nd floor had had issues with their ac. He makes the it seem like there isn't anything he can do about Florida heat. I have seen Manny call the cops on any additional people that might be staying over there that isn't on the lease. And good luck getting your security deposit back, he will bill every issues that wasn't even cause by you on your way out. Claimed I damaged his carpet. The carpets over 10 years old with multiple tenants, of course it damaged. Maybe I just had a bad experience, maybe you'll have a different one. I just want to inform you all be careful if you decide to stay here.
