Residents enjoy an active outdoor lifestyle, surrounded by wooded parklands and hiking trails, including the Back Mountain Trail. Main Street and Memorial Highway provide a variety of shops, restaurants, and other businesses. Local favorites include the North Slope Brewing Company and Leggio’s Italian Restaurant.

Property Ratings at Country Club Apartments
Do not rent here! The owners and property manager do not care about anything but their bottom line and will not fix anything. Since I have lived here there have been: Two fires (one building is still sitting and rotting two years later) A massive water leak in our apartment (and refusal from the company to address mold concerns) Broken appliances Cracked toilet they will not replace Laundry services DO NOT WORK The gym is broken The fence around the dog park is broken One of the parking lots is full of literal, massive holes Owners do not pay their light bills so the neighborhood is dark There was a drug-related stabbing Two people were just arrested for dealing crack, fentanyl, and meth Children run around with zero adult supervision Whole buildings do not have working air conditioning Residents are told, in spite of paying their rent, that there is no money in the budget for repairs Save your money and rent somewhere else. For what they're trying to charge to live here, you could rent somewhere MUCH nicer and safer!
Soon after moving in the ceiling started leaking, then fell in, then entire room grew mold and fungus! Health hazards galore! Landlords were unresponsive and it was a total mess for the 8 months we lived there. Couldn't use AC due to old equipment with leaks. Many people don't clean up after their dogs and dogs bark in apartments all day long. Garbage piled up around dumpsters. No recycling! Total lack of care, pride, and responsibility.
