Do not currently live in the complex, but we took a tour and the place was beautiful, staff were friendly and helpful. From the staff to the location this place is great.
We are living in this community since 2017 & will probably settle for years to come. This place is "Home" to us. We've lived several communities in the past & can say that home is not just a nice structure inside out but a place where you feel secure, safe & welcome. From the very start management team has been excellent in customer service & they've been consistent. They will try to work with you the best they can. My encounters with the Manager- Deborah, Asst. Manager - Brianna, Leasing Agent - Elizabeth has been nothing less than great. They give you a feeling of assurance that they have your best interest at heart. Frank & David, the maintenance crews treats every repairs & issues with utmost care. It's very rare to have such a culture of caring people.They treat you like family not just renters in building numbers. This community is home if you want one."
We are living here since 2013 and the maintenance and the community here is very friendly. Any problem will be solved in no time by the maintenance team. Leasing office staff is very friendly and always ready to help!!!
Really great place to live, the staff is really good including the Managers, Techs and Ground Man all the staff they are really friendly.
I had the pleasure of living at Countrybrooks Condominiums for a year. It is located in an ideal location surrounded by beautiful trees, well-manicured lawns and shrubs. It is very family-oriented where you will find children playing with each other outdoors. The people living here are very friendly. The staff at Countrybrooks are very professional and kind people and will take care of any issues you may have promptly and with courtesy. The maintenance crew is top notch in my eyes. They take care of any necessary repairs quickly and professionally. It was a true pleasure living there and I felt very safe. I would highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for a great place to live. ??????
We have been living at Country Brook since July 2019 and love being here. Beautiful community and very professional management. The maintenance team is the best. All issues are promptly addressed and handled professionally.
Despite all the insect and apartment maintenance, CBC has made my stay here enjoyable. Their maintenance staff is on top of all issues, big and small. Their management is responsive. I just wish I had a chance to experience the full extent of the complex’s amenities (gym, pool, etc.). Hoping to stay past this lease and as long as possible and enjoy the community more once this COVID-19 pandemic is over. Thank you CountryBrook Condos for providing a safe and reliable place to lay our heads down.
Apartment is clean and spacious with tons of closet space. Neighbors are quiet and grounds are kept. Close to freeway, shopping centers and restaurants. So far, I love living here!
We have lived here since 2015 (Still residents). I love amenities, garden like feeling, pools, small gym, ponds that give a feeling of nature. Place is very green and clean. Office and maintenance staff are friendly and very helpful. Nice community, very friendly people. Great location and schools. Sound isolation is not the best, but I love everything else. Kids have a lot of space to play.
I have been living in Countrybrook Apartment since 2016, I had very good interaction with Management. They are very helpful in sorting out the Issues, Rents are cheaper when compared to other competitors in the market and spacious floor plans. All I can say is Thank you Thanks Dilip
I stayed for 2+ years. Its a very good and safe place to live with very good neighborhood. Top of my mind, Raymond, Brianna, Elizabeth and all other staffs are very helpful. Missing the apartment and neighborhoods.
I lived in Countrybrook condo for almost 6 months and enjoyed that peacefully community , I also must say that leasing office staff are very cooperative and humble (Elizabeth, Brianna, and all). Highly recommend that place to live.
There should be an option for negative rating, Well I dont know where to start, I moved out yesterday (04/10/18). 1. They charge you fees for carpet cleaning which is not mentioned anywhere in the lease. -if it is a mandatory I dont see a reason for not mentioning to renters before move in. 2. For minor stains on countertop and tub they are asking me to pay $540. - I dont understand if this is some kind of joke. it looks like that they dont want to give back your security deposit so once it is with them forget abt it. To the owner, I request you connect with me to hear me out on this. the funny thing abt this is they had a pre walk in just before my move out and she mentioned everything ok to me and once I gave them the key they need $615 Not a recommended place if you want to save your hard earned money.
This is a generally quiet community with ample green space and covered, reserved parking available. Unfortunately, the buildings are older and not well-maintained (rotting wood on outdoor patios, mid-80's appliances, white porcelain-clad sinks, over-grown landscaping and weeds around many buildings). Beware of the model apartments - they are NOT representative of what you find after you sign your lease and see your actual apartment! This is also not a property that supports knowing your neighbors, particularly if you are not of the majority ethnicity. People are generally rude and standoffish. Very family-oriented - i.e. unruly children everywhere, most with poor social skills and an absence of common manners. If you have a dog, prepare to be feared and shunned. Very common to see shoes, toys, and trash sitting outside front doors, along with overflowing dumpsters. Thankful our lease ends soon!
This is a quiet and safe community. Lots of people like to be outdoors. Older buildings but no complaints.
I would definitely give a 10 out of 10 rating. Because of the following reasons: 1.Reasonable rent compared with other apartments 2.Centrally located to schools,shopping malls,parks and etc., 3.Playing activities for kids 4.Good maintenance staff. 5.Safest place 6.Clean and green 7.Peaceful atmosphere 8.Big asian community 9.events and activities with in the apartment
