When I first moved into the apartments, it was my first apartment and the ladies in the office helped me out so much especially over the phone due to the fact I work all the time. I’ve now been living here for 2 years. It’s super affordable. They stay on top of my service calls. As well as it’s chill, very quiet. I also love how my apartment is set up! Good vibes: Living here for 2 years, it's been very comfortable. Close to all the shops you need. The apts are on point with their lawn, breezeways, and trash game. No bugs, just maybe a few ants here and there but no biggie. Pretty quite, got night security, cameras, and the brightest lights around. Not cool: Laundry hours unpredictable. Parking near my place stinks. Don't forget to stay on top of your tag update or you might end up with your ride getting towed.

I have been living here for almost a year now and I don't have one bad comment to say. Moving in was a quick, easy and most friendliest I had came across during the time of my search. My children love it here. The property host many events for us to gather and enjoy one another. When we know the snowcone truck is on site, we don't hesitate to get us a snowcone and a hot dog! I have not had many maintenence issues or issues with other tenants being loud or disrespectful. Anytime I had a question, Sarah doesn't waste any time ensuring those questions are answered and resolved. I've had absolutely no issues with communication with property management. If you are in need someplace to call home, don't walk, RUN to Council Crossing in Bethany!!!

I really enjoy living here. So quiet and peaceful. My neighbors are friendly. I’ve never had an issue with any of the staff. Perfect for a young woman living alone. I had one concern months ago about my porch light and feeling unsafe and issue was resolved with 48 hours.

These apartments are very nice for a cheap price. The managers & office staff are helpful & hands on with anything you need. The maintenance staff gets things fixed asap & they’re always on call for emergencies. The neighborhood is quiet & all the neighbors are peaceful. I’ve been here for a year & a half & never had an issue. I love it!

Good apartment to live in. Affordable and clean on the inside. There is 24 hr maintenance here. They have a reasonable time frame to fix things (3 business days). If it is longer than that the front staff are friendly and helpful and will reach out to them to ensure that it gets fixed right away. They do a good job at keeping up with pest control. The property does require you to have renters insurance and there are a lot of fees on top of rent though not unreasonable ( you pay for a portion of water, pest control etc)

DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!!! Go anywhere else. The worst experience I’ve had, living here for only three months has been nothing but a nightmare. The maintenance team is slow and does not care. The building is absolutely atrocious. they have installed faulty electric into this building which is caused injury and burns. They do not care about this issue and they have said “ This can be handle with lawyers when trying to get the problem fixed. I would not recommend every moving in or even wasting your time talking to these terrible people and place.
