The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Cottonwood Crossing
You cannot get ahold of anyone, they do not want to answer calls, call you back, and their automotive system does not understand anything you say to it. In addition, their online application does not work. I have left them multiple messages over the course of several days and still no response. Very unprofessional.

The apartments may look good on the outside but beware because you can literally hear any and everything your neighbor is doing if you are a downstairs resident. I would literally hear when my neighbors would cough and anything louder than that sounded like bowling balls being dropped on the ceiling. Them walking was so loud as well! I don’t even believe it was the neighbors it’s just poor building! Also be aware of being charged a crazy move out fee no matter what the front desk tell you, how long you stay and how your apartment looks during move out. Front desk lady Tracey was rude when I addressed her about the random move out fees, she could care less.
