Property Ratings at Cottonwood Apartments
This place never fixes whatever you need fix the on site manager highers your rent without letting you know and if your a day late on rent she starts harrassing you and calls you up to 10 times a day. Shes also very very rude and if your parked in an area that you didnt know you couldnt park in she will get your car towed at 2 in the morning!!! Never again dealing with this MANAGER HERE SUCKS!!!!!
If you like your air constantly breaking every summer, or your rent raised when you ask for anything repaired, then this is your perfect place. Also the pool gets shut down for months at a time by the city alway during summer.
I help my clients find apartments when they are not ready to buy their own home. Elizabeth from the Cottonwood Apartments is always very helpful, informative, and as kind as can be. Their service over the phone, is very good and each time I call, she is able to answer all of my questions. One of my clients currently lives in this complex and is very happy living there. the kitchen was big and beautiful Barron's kind of small but I would like to see what I'm going to be renting before I give money I don't think that's right you can't get your money back and I would love to live here
This is a great place but the person getting our info was very un organized. There are no models to look at so basically you have to go off by the Floor plan they show you on paper availability us tight so I put a hold on the apartment submitted my paperwork but we were not able to see it because they were still getting it ready. We needed a place ASAP so I started looking elsewhere found another place and after a week they told me I could finally view the apartment I had put a hold on. I liked it but it was too late I couldn't get my hold $ back and I thought that was redic since how can someone be expected to rent something without knowing what it looks like.
