Ive loved living here. Its been a lot of fun and the office people are really nice. Maintainance teams are really on tip of keeping everything working. I love how the units are setup and having our dumpster right by our door

I have loved staying her the past couple years love the amenities, the maintenance men are super fast loved living in my little house. I just recommend bigger guest parking and maybe the security be here all week.

This neighborhood gives the perfect college experience: more affordable and better living quarters than on campus housing/apartments, but still close enough to have easy access to school and activities. I’ve had a great time here with my roommates and new friends.

I love living in this community. The people are super friendly. I love the pool ammenity, however some of the amenities such as the printer and study room don't work. The front office is super nice and helpful. They are good at fixing any complaints we have had with our unit. The base furniture is good. Some of the appliances aren't the most up to date but usually maintenance is provided by the apartment and they fix up anything as needed.

At first I was unsure about choosing the cottages, but overall I have to say that it is a great place to live! They have many amenities that are very resourceful. I personally love the pool and the study rooms. The cottages hosts a lot of activities for the residents. My roommates and I enjoy attending what they have to offer. The cottages was a great choice!

The Cottages are fantastic! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to make sure residents are happy. Living here has been pretty good. The parking situation is a little odd and annoying but everything else is nice. We will see if they raise my rent.

Close to the UA campus so it’s perfect for students. Great amenities and weekly events. I have a few concerns for safety but I think that’s more with the area not just the Cottages. Overall great place to live

Pretty satisfied living in this complex! Aside from the small issues when moving in, my time here so far has been great. The staff here really does care about their residents and even host a bunch of events to attend!

The cottages is a wonderful place!! The amenities are super useful and I love to study with my friends there. The pool is very relaxing and just the atmosphere in general is great! The house I’m staying in is perfect and whenever we need anything front desk is always there to help! Definitely recommend to anyone looking for off campus living.

I love the amount of space and the community here at the cottages! The only downside I have is that rooms were not cleaned very well prior to move in. Besides that, the staff is very nice and the maintenance team is very responsive!

So many nice amenities, super easy to move in! The staff is very helpful and nice, and it is pretty easy to get to know the layout once you're in there. Gate access, mail, etc. is very simple. However, upon move in, my room seemed to have been skipped in terms of cleaning, and others shared similar experience in regards to that.

The apartments are very roomy and nice, and it is a quiet area to live in. The only issue I have had is the slow response time on maintenance requests. It can take them days and multiple requests to investigate reported issues, which can be difficult when the request is urgent.

Just moved in and there are a couple of things that are broken but maintenance has been pretty fast at getting them fixed. Overall it is fun to have a large space to hang out with my roommates.

So far as of this new year it has been a great experience. It is my second year living at the cottages, there were some apartment issues within my unit but got them fixed typically in a great timely manner. But great experience and service.

Great size, location, price, and amenities. However, upon move in there was mold in the closets and bathrooms from extreme water damage from the bathrooms. Preventing use on kitchen sink, and a few bathrooms in the house. There are leakages through the walls that can be seen on the ceiling from downstairs. Additionally, there are lots of ants around the house. Hopefully maintenance can address the problems, but someone at the front desk said they usually take a long time to come fix issues.

Really expensive, but is a nice place. The house is pretty good and is fully furnished. I liked that we have a shuttle to take us to school. I think the only negative things is how much this place costs and the terrible communication they have with residents.

Great so far! Haven't moved in yet, but I've had a lot of questions and the staff has been great :). My friends that currently live at the Cottages have very clean and spacious units, and any time we have had an issue the staff has responded very quickly. The pool and amenity areas have been super fun too, so I'm looking forward to moving in!

Id give it higher if I didn't receive random charges all the time that I have to email about being wrong its annoying. Also wish there was a better job done at cleaning apartments.

The apartments are nice and the employees are very friendly, but rent has drastically increased since moving in and if rent continues to increase it’s not worth living here. Additionally, my roommate and I were pressured to renew our lease after living there for only two or so weeks. While it’s a great complex, there have been frustrations.

I love living at The Cottages because of connections made with neighbors and roommates! I love going to the pool and studying in the study rooms for a change of scenery.

Sometimes residents don’t get taken seriously, but the community is great. The staff does not take complaints seriously and struggles to be proactive. Sometimes agreements aren’t clear.

Management is great, however the units were clearly constructed very fast, resulting in diminished quality of the buildings themselves. Thankfully, all maintenance requests and repairs were completed in a timely manner.
