I'm here for convenience. I don't like how the pool is closed 24/7, and that I can only go to the gym during office hours. Since the new contract and staff were hired, the office has been more attentive when it comes to answering the phones, handling maintenance requests, and addressing any minor concerns.

I have few maintenance issues but rather than that its awesome. Area is quiet, house is clean and furniture is good. If you have a friend you can have good roommates too.

So far, my living experience here has been positive. I have good roommates, which makes the environment friendly and comfortable. The office staff also provides excellent customer service, always willing to help and respond quickly whenever needed. Overall, I’m satisfied with both the living conditions and the support provided.

I’ve enjoyed living at The Cottages at Greensboro — quiet, well-kept grounds, responsive maintenance, and roomy units with good natural light. Neighbors are friendly and parking’s easy; management is professional but could improve communication about events. Overall, a comfortable, convenient place to call home.

I enjoy staying at cottages and the staff are always helpful. I love that they are able to give back to us as well. I love that it comes with furniture too.

The survey was easy my experience at cottages has been a little ok here and there the only problem I had with my apartment was that a lot of stuff in my room was broken and the paint on the wall was pilling and the dresser was broke and I think the light switch was broke as well other than that I enjoy having my roommates there really nice to me

At the time of writing this review I've lived here ~3mo. Street parking is semi-available. Parking passes are available for a monthly fee. Laundry machines are not full-size. Rolling dice for window in bathroom. Gym open only during office hours. Kitchen appliances need upgrading. Saw a large roach by washer/dryer, haven't seen anymore since first moving in. I was also equipped with boric acid diatomaceous earth. Some walkways flood when rain hits. Welcoming environment in community overall. Not a horrible experience.

It’s been good so far. One thing I like about this place is how the people at the leasing office sees to it that all issues are resolved and how quick maintenance team responds to a request

Calm and quiet. Lots of issues at first. But with long periods of no notable events you get used to it. Office is also very helpful and lenient. However I wish maintenance was more reliable and the showers were bigger.

Fantastic value. Not the bees knees of student apartments but relatively good maintenance, good facilities, very friendly staff, and a pretty safe area.

The pool and fitness center in particular are excellent features. The management staff is accommodating and quick to respond, taking care of issues.

Was able to get into my home fine but I have no room key. Well over a week later I still have no key. The house is nice enough for what im paying

The people there are nice, they answered all the questions that I had. The process was quite easy and fair to accomplish. I thought the process was going to be hard but it wasn’t. The prices here are also very good.

It’s been a nice experience so far. A very serene place and very close to campus. Good for students who don’t have a car or are not willing to drive to campus. It saves you a lot of time waiting for the bus.

Cottages at Greensboro is very unprofessional. The staff is rude and unhelpful. They don’t provide proper help until you threaten to sue. There is a huge bug and mold problem. Also the pool has not open up for the past 2 years I’ve been there

I had a deeply disappointing experience here, which significantly impacted my senior year in a negative way. I would not recommend it based on my experience.

I enjoy my apartment! The room has a great amount of space, and the bathrooms are pretty nice. I do wish the bedroom lights worked. I also wish the leasing fee for pets wasn’t so high. Overall I do enjoy living in Cottages and would recommend.

So far, so good, So far, I am staying with students, so i am a bit happy now. I pray that when the next move-in day starts, I will be paired with students.

While I enjoy Cottages being so close to campus, I dislike my living situation. I deal with mold, messed-up flooring, broken appliances, and an outrageous electricity bill for a place with no lights and limited electrical appliances. It becomes more difficult every day to enjoy where I live.

I love swimming and reading, so being here as a resident is a perfect place and calm one. I like it. It is good to have a space close to my school North Carolina agricultural and technical state university

Very communicative and easy to apply and move through the process, it did make me concerned because I have not received such expedited service like I experienced with the leasing agents in cottages. in the past cottages has had several things happen but it has since taken the necessary action to prevent future disruptions.

The unit is in good shape and for students is a perfect location from the school. However, my unit had problems with our dryer and electricity, and the maintenance team took very long to fix it.

It hasn’t been too bad lately. Things have improved, although there are damages I inquired about when I first moved in that were never addressed and I do not want to get charged for these damages when moving out.

It's a decent apartment, and maintenance is quick. Overall, it's been good living here. It hasn't been bad like it was years ago. Management could be better. They didn't inform us about our new roommate and then said they would charge us because the empty bathroom had trash from previous renters. They also said they would charge us for blinds that were broken when we moved in. Other than that, it has actually been okay living here.

Great experience so far especially sharing apartment with tenants that you share same likeness and interest with. Makes it easier for cooperation .

Good place for those who don’t have car and want to walk to campus. Very quiet place and peaceful. No need to even own a car as some campus buses route are through here.

Living in cottages is homely and peaceful.It convenient as well .Most of the shops are near cottages. I love that we all have wash rooms to each room .The apartment is spacious.I love my love stay at cottages.

Living Situation Review: I have had a very negative experience living in my current apartment. 1. Noisy and Disruptive Roommates: My roommates have been consistently loud, making it difficult to concentrate, relax, or get any rest. The lack of consideration for noise has created a very disruptive living environment. This has significantly impacted my overall well-being and peace 3. Lack of Cleanliness and Maintenance: The apartment is regularly unclean, and there's a noticeable lack of effort from both management and roommates to maintain a sanitary living space. This has included things like dirty dishes, neglected common areas, and unkempt living conditions, which have led to an unpleasant and unsanitary atmosphere. 4. Constant Repairs and Broken Items: It seems like something is always broken in the apartment. Whether it's appliances, plumbing issues, or other essential fixtures, the frequency of problems is overwhelming.

It’s been good love staying here it’s so close to my job and campus I can just walk to both places the people are so nice here also and the people in the office is so nice and always helpful

Cottages @ Greensboro are great place to live at and they are very close to the University. You can just walk to your office. Besided this there is a common place for swimming, gym and otger sports to enjoy.

I think that it is an ok experience. Have had some issues in the apartment but they have been taken care of. I think overall a good place to stay.

If I am going to be honest I haven't heard good things about this place, but living here has been great. Its perfect for NCAT students trying to find affordable housing because its in the most ideal location other than living directly on campus.

My experience has been alright, nothing bad fr but I do like how it’s very quiet down here so that’s a plus also i got a good cottage so that’s also good!

I love cottages it’s peaceful and well kept. I enjoy the environment the quietness and how nice the staff are. My house was clean inside and out!

If you have other housing options, I suggest that you heavily consider them first before moving here. Maybe I've just gotten unlucky with my housing assignment, but the housing I'm placed in doesn't seem safe. The floors are uneven, and the ceiling somehow is damaged. The place wasn't cleaned before I moved in, there was fur all on the couch. The stove stopped working, the side of the fridge looks dirty and whatever it is won't come off, and the dishwasher leaves dishes smelling weird even if you're just sitting them in there to dry. The washing machine is okay, but don't expect the dryer to get your laundry dry in one go. This may have been a seasonal thing, but I had a problem with spider crickets and daddy long legs finding their way into the apartment. And while nothing has happened to me personally, I don't think this is a safe area. Sometimes you'll have people screaming in the middle of the night, and I heard that shootings were an issue. The rent is cheap for a reason.

Generally the apartment is great .I was paired with cool roommates as well .Maintenance should act faster .I love being here .The environment is also amazing.No noise .

I’ve enjoyed my stay since I moved in. Great accommodation. The fact that cottages is also close to campus makes my work schedule as a Teaching Assistant and a student look less stressful.

Nice place to live. Closer to campus and good for those not having a car. If you don't own a car, this is the place for you. Very responsive to maintenance issues.
