Cortland Windward has the most professional, genuine, and caring staff I've ever encountered at an apartment community. I really feel they have positively impacted my living experience. The community is also safe and clean.
Clean and calm place to live. Good accessibility to schools, Walmart, Costco and Suvidha super market.

Be very careful when choosing your apartment home here. If you like peace and quiet, you do not want to get an apartment under anyone else. You can hear every thing. I can hear my neighbors snoring. I can hear the constant noise of his dog grinding on his chew toy! Be careful!!!

Walls are very thin so you hear your neighbors TV, arguments, text message notifications and smell everything your neighbor is cooking. Kids take over the parking lot with their bikes and skateboards. Broken down vehicles are allowed to stay on property for extended periods of time. Plumbing and balconies are very old and need replacing.

I was really impressed by my tour here. The girl that showed me around was patient answering my million questions and I loved the new pool and fitness area. The upgrades in the apartment were nice too. I’m holding out hope the rates go down a little so I can apply!

The cockroaches live here you just rent. The walls are so thin that I can hear my neighbors cell phone vibrate when they put it on silent.

We live here since 2018. In 2021, new Cortland management start, they tried to renovate the pool, the gym and even their office, everything is close since almost a year. So, the amenities are unavailable! The managers don’t talk to us when we go to the office, they are very very rude, not even a HI is served. Today, we met a new one, we never see her before and she was not talking to us at all. Also and not the least, a month ago we heard from the neighbors complaining that they are renovating all the appartements ( it was extremely noisy in the appartement and I lost 2 days work because I work remotely) and we need to leave or to transfer ( with no discount), the move out is all out of your pocket. And it’s not done, without any notice from them , we went to talk to them and they confirmed that we have to leave or they offer no deposit from us to pay ( they have our deposit already). And please read the joke, today, we got an email with an attachment called: notice to vacate the appartement (55 days before the end of the lease). There is no respect, no communication and no services here! We are moving to a happier place soon!

I cant recommend Courtland Windward. There is nothing special about this community- I have an incredible amount of money to live in a subpar apartment complex . Spend your money on a community that will listen to your concerns and actually give you what youre paying for !

Excellent townhome that am living in, kids love the extra space, they are having fun now and my wife loves the new appliances that are in the apartment. Cant wait for the new leasing office to open with gym and other amenities.

Cortland Windward is the best place I've ever lived. I have truly enjoyed living here and it is conveniently located near downtown Alpharetta and Avalon.

The staff is amazing especially Amber! They are always there with any request you may have. Everything is well kept and always looks great! Such a beautiful place to call home.
I've lived in this property for over 20 years, having moved here in 2001. I've seen ownership groups and management teams come and go. Some were very friendly. Some, not so much. I will say this about the Cortland team: They are easily the most professional of all the groups I've seen manage this property.
Pet fees are outrageous. Problem with pest. Service request get halfway completed.
I enjoy this community's location to nearby shopping centers, gyms, local restaurants and the 400. It is an older complex kept in very good condition. I enjoy the new stainless steel appliances and modern lighting in the units. It is a very peaceful community that I recommend to anyone in moving to Alpharetta, GA.
The best apartment community close to downtown Alpharetta. The management team does a great job keeping things clean and beautifully landscaped grounds. It feels like home!
I have raised a emergency request 6 times after my floor flooded with water leaking from the bathroom . Least bothered about this request for about 10 days and I ended up cleaning up others stinking water every day ...sick of it
Despite requesting maintenance service to be scheduled, you may find yourself waking up with someone in your apartment. Unbelievably unprofessional and could have gotten someone severely hurt. Hopefully they get their act together and not allow that to happen again.

The Lakes at Windward is a wonderful place to live. The office and maintenance staff are great, friendly, professional, courteous and timely. The grounds are well kept. The neighbors are quiet and friendly and the environment is safe. You would enjoy living here at the Lakes at Windward just as I do.

Its very old buildings and not up to par with what is being charged for the emend ties and housing offered for the same price there are places with a lot more amenities and newer updated apartments. INFESTED with cockroaches and spiders and dog poop everywhere and very small.
