I've been here at Cortland Watermark for over 15 years and have been pleased with everything about this community. I say community, because I've found it to be more than an apartment complex. Property management does a wonderful job planning activities/events to foster community building, and the outdoor areas, dog park, and walking paths make it easy to get to know neighbors. Service requests are handled promptly and last but not least, the well-maintained landscaping makes it aesthetically pleasing and peaceful.

Cortland Watermark is a place where I feel at home...children, families, young couples and older adults like me! I feel safe even when I am out after dark. I see people walking all the time (their dogs, their children or just by themselves). People that you see say hello and smile even if they don't know you. Management is always responsive to any questions or requests that I have. When I first moved in, I was just staying for a year but decided it was a better investment than trying to buy a home with all the worries that come with home ownership. Many of my neighbors have lived here 5 years or more. I feel very blessed that God helped me find Cortland Watermark!

the place i lived at before cortland .. well lets put it this way.. this is a 1000% difference between cortland and my old place. the people at cortland are good with their word..

When workers enter the apartment if no one is home leave something to show you've enter and fixed the problem
The prices of these apartments are too high. I don’t mind paying these prices if apartments are well renovated. Inside and outside looking old but priced as a brand new apartment.
I have only lived here for 2 months but I am very happy. It’s a safe and quiet community.
This complex obviously takes great care of the property; the landscaping is beautiful year round. I love the dog parks; fur babies welcome!
Roach infestation problem during the summer time. plenty wildlife beautiful waterfall. murky lakes. poor maintenance and grounds keeping. lack of compassion or care for tenants but many rules and regulations. Lack of cleanliness. I would rate Cortland watermark a 2 compared to the other Cortland locations in GA
Please do not move here. They only take care of the landscaping at the entrance of the community up to the leasing office. There are so many roaches and I live on the second floor. I even stopped cooking in my apartment to avoid roaches but it has not helped. Neighbors are loud and do not respect quiet hours. Appliances are dated and rusty. I have been getting brown water from my shower since moving to my unit back in April. Spend the extra bucks and live somewhere else.
Cortland has been amazing. I am at peace stayin within its surroundings.
Cortland Watermark has been a quiet and a welcoming space, despite some challenges that the rental market has faced. The grounds are well kept and safe. The staff is very responsive. It's a nice place to live.
The front gate is always open or broken. I feel if we pay for a gated community that needs to be maintained and attended to more often. or take the gate away and adjust the rents accordingly.
The TH have no recent or nice upgrades for the price being charged everything is patched and redone but not new
Beautiful community in East Cobb! You are surrounded by lush green trees and there is a large, serene lake. The amenities are well maintained as well. Michele, Sasha, and Allison are rock stars and have made our living experience amazing! Highly recommend.

I love this property. I’m in my second year and it’s so easy to live here. It’s near everything from restaurants to shopping. The units are well maintained and it’s pretty quiet.
Watermark has made my life stress free, I have called in service request that was repaired in a timely manner. The property always looks good such as shrubbery trimmed. Neighbors are quite & friendly. Just a little paradise! Love living here????

Nice, spacious apartment. Good place to go for walks and enjoy being outside. Best thing about the place is probably the maintenance guys. First night in my apartment, I realized the freezer would not stay cold enough so I put in a work order. By the time I got home the next day, they had gotten me a brand new fridge/freezer and moved everything from my old fridge to the new one. Top notch!
From my first visit to the leasing office at Cortland at Watermark, I felt at home. I was greeted by an extremely friendly, efficient and professional staff. They answered all my questions. They gave me a complete tour of the apartment and property. They made the whole leasing process effortless. I have lived here now for six months and I cannot say enough about how friendly my neighbors are and how efficiently this property is run. A “must see” if you’re looking for a fabulous neighborhood to live.

The community is nice but everything from the popcorn ceilings, peeling tacky paper on the kitchen cabinets, old black appliances, no vent cleaning included, work orders either completed with quick jobs or not at all. With the amount of rent we pay, there should be significant improvements made.

Cortland Watermark is very well maintained. The campus is filled with beautiful trees, and you can't beat the convenient location. The office staff is wonderful to work with, and I have always been pleased with the services they provide.

I moved into Cortland at Watermark six weeks ago, from my first visit to the leasing office to today. The entire staff has gone out of the way to make me feel welcome. The community is beautifully maintained. The apartments are beautiful. The staff is responsive, and the neighbors are friendly!! I love living here.

Cortland Watermark Apartments has been a wonderful experience for me and my fiancé. this is our 3rd year here and we love it. The service requests are handled fast and efficiently. Management is nice and professional. They are always updating new features to the neighborhood and the leasing office provides many community activities which I think is wonderful. This weekend they are doing a movie night that the community was able to vote on which movie gets played. and in the summer time they will have ice cream sometimes for the residents. It's been great living here. My only complaint is that the front gate isn't always working. but I'm sure they're working on it.

In this market, this place is as close to value for money as you'll likely get in the area. Excellent staff and nice peaceful area. Good dog parks and nice place for walks in general. Close to nice parks, shops, and restaurants - and the highway. Quite shoddy craftsmanship in home interior (paint, doors, handles) but not a dealbreaker. 4/5 would move again!

Great location, nice landscaping, great management team, good maintenance team. One bedroom apartment is large, has large kitchen with plenty of cabinets and drawers. Also has a large pantry. Bedroom is large with good sized linen closet and adequate walk in closet.

This is a really awesome community. The gate is functional more than not. The neighbors in my section are quiet and respectful. The amenities are great. Management is responsive and inviting. I was apprehensive about moving from my home to an apartment but it’s been great. I’ve recommended this property to a few people. A friend just moved into one off Cobb Pkwy.
