The property is a little outdated but it’s nice the staff is friendly and willing to fix problems. It’s a comfortable and safe community from what I’ve experienced. The maintenance team is the most reliable, hardworking, and friendly team you’ll ever come across you don’t have to wait to long for things to be fixed in the apartment so if not nothing else you don’t have to worry about things not getting fixed and them being unreachable or unreliable. It’s cheesy but they kinda feel like family at Cortland. The gym needs some work from the last time I used it and same with the pool but the management team always plans fun events for us. The community is relatively quiet, you might hear a dog or two but nothing much more than that

This apartment complex is in a nice location however they continually make life difficult. They have spent over 3 months trying and failing to refinish the parking lot. This forced massive parking issues for tenants as there are not enough spots for everybody and guests. They charge $150 a month for water and say that it is all the fault of the 3rd party utility service and refuse to help you get in contact with them while also protecting them and saying that they are just doing their job. The quality of the apartment and finishes are sub par but the people are nice and the location is good

The owner of this property has finally hit the jackpot with Cortland. The last management company ran this place into the ground, they were the worst of the worst. Now we have the best of the best with Cortland. Cortland has done an exceptional job in updating the property, that's needed it for years. Everyone who works here does a great job! This is such a conveniently located place to live. I love living here for that specific reason. I can walk outside, feel safe, and pretty much always have something to do. The rental rate is a little pricey for the basic interior of the units but again you’re in an amazing location that you really can’t beat. I have a little complaints about living here and if you want to live in a nice part of Atlanta, this is definitely the place for you!

This community has slowly been getting worse. I have lived here for coming up on two years and slowly seen things slide from the condition it started in. Cars have been broken into, trash is left across the complex, and turnover with maintenance means it is weeks to have anything minor fixed. It has been disappointing as the new staff haven't improved any of these issues, but are only seeing them continue to deteriorate.

Since moving into this community, I've noticed that it's gotten less safe and dirtier. There are people who leave their trash outside their door, and no one is penalizing them for doing so. Also, this complex has no security that could prevent crime. There should be a gate to control access to the parking lot and camera throughout the complex. After my car and several other people's cars were broken into I had a conversation with the management staff and they told me that Greystar will not approve any request to add cameras, a gate, or anything else to make the community safer. It's unfortunate because I enjoy living here, but I will definitely be moving out at the end (potentially before) of my lease.

I love it here its really convenient very pet friendly community my neighbors dont bother me in any capacity sometimes people park in my reserve a spot thats annoying there are some issues with the building and tell me company at times however overall its a nice safe community I love being here.

Overall, I like the Uptown Buckhead community! The leasing office staff are friendly and welcoming. The amenities look very lovely, and we can't wait to immerse ourselves in the surrounding area. The only downside is the limited parking and the scarcity of reserved spaces.
My Uptown Buckhead experience was Exceptional!!
Uptown Buckhead may be the best kept secret in Atlanta real estate. The pool warms up quickly, the management staff is very responsive to your needs, the maintenance staff completes your request in one visit and the neighbors are friendly but not "nosey". Everyone you meet or communicate with makes you feel like you are truly "home".
Uptown Buckhead is the best place to live in Buckhead. Next to everything you need and couldnt be more convenient. I find myself walking more than driving. All of my friends who move to Buckhead I highly recommend for them to move to this neighborhood. The office staff are phenomenal and always on anything you need.
