The entire Cortland Santos team is phenomenal! The grounds, common areas, fitness center, pool are all very well kept. Pests are kept under control as much as possible since this is Florida and we are at the mercy of mother nature, but I appreciate all the efforts made by the team to keep me as comfortable as possible. I’ll be honest this is the most professional team I’ve seen in any apartment complex I’ve been to from management all the way down to maintenance. They had everything with such care and take the time and they each everyone’s names. It’s an apartment complex but it feels more than that. If only I had seen this place sooner. Such a perfect place with all the nice amenities and interact with nice faces. Was my fifth place to see and I was sold after my interaction with the girls in the office. I was lost while driving to another apartment, found this one and decided to stop.. I love Cortland! My apartment is my favorite thing about cortland! The fixtures and appliances are gorgeous, my 11 foot ceilings are to die for and all the natural light in our living room was the selling point of our place and it was such a good price! The staff is always so friendly and helpful! Alvin is our favorite member of Cortland he told us there is no other place to live it truly is the best here! My boyfriend and I moved here because we will never have to leave! The gym, work from home offices, market, pool, and social events really leaves us with no way of ever getting bored! I recommend this to anyone looking to find their next home!

Toured the apartments with Sahel this last weekend, and wow!! All the information she was able to provide for us on the property was very informative! what we saw on Saturday caught out eye and we cant wait to start new memories with our kids at a pace we can call "home". My tour was amazing with Sahel. Girlfriend and I felt so comfortable with her and decided to apply sooner than later so we didn't miss out. The apartment and amenities are such a plus. I toured with Sahel last Saturday to see the property and not only was I blown away with how beautiful this apartment is. But the level of care, knowledge and patience Sahel has shown me. She has answered all my questions while applying and touring and has been so kind and helpful to me and my roommates. Going on my experience alone with Sahel makes me want to live here even more.
