My husband and I moved into Peachtree Corners Cortland as a temporary home while my husband works nearby until we retire to N. Georgia. We appreciate the property amenities, the quiet surroundings, and the care in making the apartment surroundings very comfortable and well kept. The location is great for a variety of restaurants and shopping is very close so that’s an added bonus!

I love living on the lake. The amenities are top notch, plus I live in an area with a lot of fun activities to do.
I really enjoy this community. The setting is so beautiful. I love going out to the pavilion, love that there is a walking trail. I have lived here almost 2 months now. This is a quiet, peaceful community. I have heard loud music once or twice, but overall it is quiet, so I am satisfied. I also love that there is a fitness center and pool, so I don't need to have a gym membership.
Overall experience has been very good. Kind and excellent services were provided. My best apartment since making the transition from my home in Maryland.
I moved here from downtown 5 months ago. I love it. Quiet, great amenities, great staff. Rent is comparable to what I paid downtown, but even with the commute it’s worth having some peace and quiet and more space!
Overall the quality of living at Cortland has been very good, excellent maintenance service and response time. Great office management team. Quit environment and always feel safe in and out of the apartment complex.

This community is very safe and clean; we really feel like Cortland is our home. Our apartment is beautiful and the amenities (dog park, pool, walking trails, grills) are enjoyed by our whole family. Maintenance staff and management are very kind and responsive.

Cortland Peachtree Corners is a wonderful place to live. It is a quiet and clean community and the leasing office staff are super nice, friendly and very helpful. The apartments are far enough away from each other in the building that you don't have to worry about hearing your neighbors through the walls. It is within close proximity to shopping and it is really easy to enter and exit the community during rush hour because of the traffic turn lights. There is plenty of parking at all times, day, night, weekends. They host several community events each month and although I have not have the opportunity to attend any of them yet due to timing, I am made aware of them days in advance via email, which is super nice. I hope to make it to some of these in the future.

I helped to move my son out because he had a car accident. I thoroughly checked this apartment before I left. I should have taken photos. I contacted them days before move out to help with the process. No reply. I am aware of some possible carpet cleaning and maybe wall touchup but I received a bill for a broken window-$400. The apartment is on the first floor so anything could have caused a window breakage but it did not happen on my watch. The apartment is inspected al the time.. I receive email updates. Surely it would have been noticed before then and I would have notices because i was parked in handicapped park in front of door most days I was there. I will not be responsible for a window breakage I did not cause.

Hello, We regret that you had these concerns at move-out. We do our very best to be fair in our assessment of homes at move-out and only charge for damages beyond normal wear and tear that were not mentioned on the move-in inspection form. Every home has a move-in inspection completed and we ask residents to note any potential damages on the form which will be used as a reference at move-out. The window damage was not listed on the form. We do inspections throughout the year, but they are specific inspections and not general to pulling up blinds to look at windows. I understand the charge was unexpected, but it is the responsibility of all residents to maintain the home throughout the lease and upon move out return the unit back to us in the condition they received. I have lived in the Atlanta metro for over 2 years, this is my third apartment and I can finally say that Cortland Peachtree Corners feels like home. As someone who works from home full-time, it was important to me to have a space that was modern, close-by to nature, and had great community amenities. The best thing about the apartments are the location. But if you want to be able to sleep at night, then this is not the place. Thin walls, you hear everything from you neighbors. If you report excessive noise, nothing is done. There are extra charges with the rent you pay, something I have not seen in other communities.

Place is okay, probably the best location in the area, in terms of cost and value. Management team is changing and not as great as it once was. Maintenance team are really great guys!

Great place to live in Peachtree Corners. The community is beautiful and well kept, the units have great square footage and updated finishes. If you are looking for a great community with an extremely responsive and helpful office and service team-this is would be my number one recommendation!

Cortland Peachtree Corners is a safe, friendly complex with many amenities . Summertime by the pool with its big screen TV , multiple seating arrangements ,fireplace and bar b que is perfect for enjoying an evening !

If you’re looking for the best apartment community you’ve ever lived in, read on. Let me begin by saying I’ve lived in a lot of different apartment communities all around north suburban Atlanta. Living at Cortland in Peachtree Corners has been an absolute dream. I initially moved in 3 years ago, and got a one bedroom apartment. I was coming from a bad situation with a previous landlord where I had to fight tooth and nail to get a black mold problem taken care of. I came to them distraught and was just looking for a new place to live where I wouldn’t have to worry about things like roaches or mold, while not having to pay an absurd amount of rent every month. Cortland was the first complex I looked at and I signed a lease that day. The girl who gave me the tour, Anna, was warm and genuine, I knew immediately that the management was top notch and that this was the place for me. The amenities were mind blowing: a saltwater pool with nice modern lighting, a 24 hour fitness center with equipment that actually works, a package center where you can pick up your packages whenever you want…it seemed too good to be true. Not to mention a peaceful little pond with a nice little outdoor sitting area and KAYAKS! Fast forward three years later, and the only reason I’m leaving is because I’m having a family emergency that requires me to be gone for a while. I’ve never lived at an apartment for this length of time, and it’s only because I’ve been incredibly happy with the community. Every maintenance issue (which have even few and far between) I’ve ever had has been taken care of immediately, sometimes within hours of sending the request. Tim, the maintenance guy I mostly dealt with, is a really kind and genuine guy. I never dealt with any sort of mold or bug problems. Any time I’ve ever had a question, it’s been answered expediently and with professional levels of customer service. The rent is absolutely worth it for the quality of apartment they provide, from the countertops to the new appliances, everything is perfect for modern living. They were just built within the past few years, so everything is brand new and constantly being updated. They even installed bathroom mirror lights and cabinet lights not long ago. The apartments are built so well that you don’t really deal with noise from other apartments. If I ever move back to the Peachtree Corners area, I will rent here. I would recommend anyone who is wanting to live in this area, rent here!
My husband and I have moved in prior the change of management by Cortland (it was called Echo) in 2018. We have not felt the need of moving since we don't need those extra space. But what really kept us here since 2018 is the great amenities, friendly staffs, cleanliness around the public areas, landscaping, and such ( i can go on and on). So yes, I would definitely recommending my friends to live here, and renew our leases if needed.
Cortland Peachtree Corners is a beautiful complex with updated, spacious units. The staff is very responsive to inquiries and address concerns quickly. After 2 months I am enjoying my time here.

I am enjoying the area and Cortland apartments very much. My two bedroom two bath has an open floor plan with good space and storage for an apartment. Love the pool and other amenities!
Best apartment rental experience ever. Staff is very friendly and courteous. All service requests are completed in a timely manner. Community is very well kept.

Team members of Cortland at Peachtree Corners have exceeded all my expectations. They literally bend backwards to accommodate my needs.
CORTLAND Peachtree Corners is a great place to live. The staff is accommodating and easy to communicate with. Ive been here for 2 years since they opened and overall I have no complaints. Other residents just need to follow the valet trash rules and no have their garbage out for several days at a time.
Incredible place to stay that is curated by incredible people.

The community at Cortland is great and there are many amenities.
I moved here in October, right in the middle of the pandemic. Although the amenities are limited at this time, the community makes every effort to keep us involved through virtual events and newsletters. The walking trail is well maintained and peaceful. Cant wait to enjoy the many amenities once we all are out of danger from Covid-19.
