Living here for 2 months
I want to acknowledge that Samantha has been very respectful and has made my experience here much better. However, my interactions with some of her colleagues have not been as positive. I received a rude call from one of them early on, which was off-putting. Additionally, the ongoing elevator issues and inconvenient parking have been frustrating. I feel uncomfortable with the constant office visits and emails, which gives me the impression of being watched or harassed. I would appreciate more space and less frequent contact. Overall, I hope these issues can be addressed.

Cortland on Orange is a beautiful property!
I recently stopped into Cortland on Orange just to get some information as I’m unsure if I’m moving just yet. The entire leasing office was extremely pleasant and I had to compliment them on the smell and aesthetics. Pricing was a little higher than I would like at this time but if anything changes they would definitely be my top option.

Amazing property & Staff
This property has everything you need. You cannot beat the rooftop view of the downtown skyline. The pool and amenities are definitely top tier. This is the place to be right on the out skirts of downtown and not is the madness of downtown Orlando.

Leasing Staff
I recently toured again and this staff was nothing but amazing. My daughter an I came in as a walk in because I wanted her to give me her opinion on the property, and even though everyone was busy Nakita made us feel welcome and had me take a seat and told me she’d be right with me after her tour. Im glad we waited! She was so kind and welcoming it felt like chatting with an old friend. She asked questions to help in finding our right unit for our needs and made sure to include my daughter. The property was beautiful but she will be the reason we will choose this property in January!

Excellent Service and Facilities at a New Home
I have been residing in this property for approximately four months and I am very satisfied with the quality of service and facilities. The maintenance and leasing staff have been exceptional, especially Juan from the maintenance team who has promptly addressed any issues that I encountered. Keondre from the leasing team has also been very helpful and courteous in handling my inquiries. This property offers excellent amenities and a supportive staff that make me feel at home. Cortland on orange is amazing!
This is by far the best community I’ve visited, I truly appreciate the kindness from Nakita & Keondre! They are one of a kind! The pool area and the fact they offer fitness classes is top tier! It’s also extremely close to Publix and TARGET! I am not done searching but this was a great start.. thank you again Cortland team.

Great staff
As many of us do I read the reviews prior to touring and was skeptical as many things were listed as inoperable. During my tour my agent made it a point to note that the main elevator, pool and all amenities are currently working and showed me around and answered my many questions! I loved everything about Orange especially the extremely welcoming staff and look forward to moving in the summer! I appreciate Keondre and Nakita so much!!!!

Amazing ??
I love this property and the leasing office staff is very warm and inviting. Keondre greeted me at the door and just made me at ease the entire time. From the laughs to the wealth of knowledge that he shared with me I’m very grateful to see what life at Cortland on Orange can be. I’m not moving until later in the year but this property is at the very top of my list.

The staff at Cortland on Orange is super friendly and the community is beautiful. I love how close it is to everything Downtown and a lot of things are within walking distance! Thank you Andrea,Keondre, and others for making me feel so welcome when I visited,I can’t wait to move in.

Amazing experience!!!!
I had an exceptional eywith nakita at Cortland on orange . I’m moving from Ohio back to Florida and has plenty of questions but she was so patient and helpful. I look forward to seeing this beautiful community in person!

Cortland on Orange living.
I love the smart access to get inside your apartment incase of emergency, then you go in and I like the fact that every wall has outlets on them even the island, master has his and her sinks with big mirrors, both rooms are nice in side and can accommodate king size beds which is a plus. I like the fact that you have different options on placement reviews and balconies sizes. Maria did a good job picking her staff. They all are very helpful great attitude and the response time for anything that needs to be done they have been on point. Come stay with us tell them Kyle sent you.

Amenities Need More Cleaning Attention, Vermins, Poor Packaging System and Unreachable Staff
The headline says it all. I hope that management can turn this community around. It has so much potential and is still relatively new, there are just a lot of major changes that need to be made.
