This is a high level team and management has done a great job with training and community responsiveness/involvement. Friendly staff, Groundskeeping, Community involvement and service requests are noticeably above expectations.
We have lived in the community for about 18 months. The office and maitenance team have always been quick to respond and handle any issues we have. We love the convenient location to MARTA, major highways, restaurants, grocery stores, and entertainment in Brookhaven and Chamblee.
Cortland North Brookhaven is a wonderful community to live in. The apartments are well-maintained, the overall community offers excellent amenities, and maintenance is handled regularly
Rolando and the maintenance team are absolutely amazing! They are constantly on the property grounds maintaining and building great relationships with the tenants. I was walking my trash out when Rolando took it off my hands in the middle of a job he was doing. The apartments are clean, spacious, and lots of bright lighting.

Horrible messy construction that completely overtook the community only months after I signed lease! I feel super disappointed this was hidden from all and feel duped in the end!
This is the worst place I have ever lived. The smell of pot is constant. There are many drug dealers and/or users on the premises. Noise is horrendous from dogs, barking at all hours of the day and night, constantly and degenerates that have modified exhaust and constantly rev their engines in the early AM sleeping hours as well as throughout the day. Run as fast as you can!! Buckhead prices and you feel like you are living in the projects. Low quality people: lots of drug users/dealers/very unsafe.
Great sense of community and very safe for single occupants. I’ve never had any fear within my apartment home and always feel like I’m being looked after. Maintenance is always the make or break for apartments in my opinion and they are all great here! You’ll see them around daily, always greeted with a smile and a wave, and any issues (that I’ve rarely had) are handled very quickly. Definitely will be sticking around as long as possible!

Overall we really enjoy it here. Now that the renovations are mostly complete, it is even nicer.
If you want a great maintenance team, come live here. If you have any issues with anything other than maintenance, don't expect a solution. Just expect excuses and well-wishes from the leasing office.
We've been at this Cortland for a little while now and aside from the convenient location, the staff is the bright spot. Specifically their maintenance staff. Rolando and Leo along with the supervisor are always on top of things. They take the time to learn your names, respond to work orders quickly and whereas some places string you along when it comes to replacements (air conditioning, appliances, etc) or lack communication, CNB has been quick to rectify any situations and have been prompt with their responses. Definitely recommend.

I moved in a few weeks ago and I have nothing but great things to say! Rolando volunteered and assisted me in carrying boxes and furniture into my apartment and has been amazing with any maintenance request since. Andrea and Rolando helped retrieve a package that was delivered while I was out of town and make sure it was safe.

Disappointed with the communication from management. We were referred by a coworker. They refused to give her the referral incentive. I went back and forth with phone calls, emails, and they asked both of us to come up to the office. They gave excuse after excuse why they would not give it to her. They messed up on their end with not informing us that she would not get it. I wish they would have been upfront so I wouldn’t have spent so much of my time figuring this out. Edited 2/1/24-managements attempt to try to resolve the problem was to inform me that upon further review they found ANOTHER mistake made on their end. They owe us $200 and will now give us the money that was supposed to be given to us from the beginning. Again, so much time has been spent going back and forth with them. It is unbelievable that they will not simply offer the incentive they promised in the beginning. They do not care about working with their residents. This is clear.

This is a great apartment complex in a great location! The staff is very friendly and responsive, they maintain high standards to make the complex a very pleasant place to live, maintenance requests are typically completed a few hours after requested, the property is very well maintained and safe and the staff plans frequent and fun activities for the residents to enjoy.

Overpriced units that need refurbishing by professionals. Door hinges are painted over, flooring looked like it was cut by a high schooler, and bathroom grout looks like it's been layered over and over again since 2012.

Cortland North Brookhaven is a really convenient place to live if you work or go to school in Brookhaven, Chamblee. It’s a great area and I never have to get on the interstate and feel safe overall. Traffic is only in the evenings and it’s not bad. Really cute family neighborhood and park and walking areas with super great access to MET coffee, Lagarde, Fudo shopping center. Pool is nice but there isn’t enough seating usually. Multiple grocery stores within a half mile. as you can tell Im all about the location! Maintenance staff is awesome and all our issues are fixed so fast. Thank you Rolando!!!

From move in 6 months ago we have loved living here. Management is very responsive and communicates with all residents on s routine basis. Maitenance has been quick to respond and have fixed all issues in a timely manner.

Cortland North Brookhaven is a great place to live! I love the convenient location but most importantly, the staff is always friendly and helpful, maintenance requests are always promptly resolved and the property is very well maintained. I highly recommend the property to anyone who wants a luxury apartment experience.

Living at Cortland North Brookhaven is awesome! I love it here! The community is in a great location and it’s very well maintained and safe. The staff is so friendly and responsive. They get to know their residents which creates a great atmosphere and they plan great community activities twice monthly which I have really enjoyed. If you’re considering a move, I would highly recommend living at Cortland North Brookhaven.

I have had an excellent experience at Cortland North Brookhaven! I look the location of the community and the ability to walk to dinner, grocery. The community is very safe and friendly. I have met my neighbors and others in the same complex and everyone is always welcoming! The staff are great at communicating and planning events. They know my name and make me feel valued. Way to go Brookhaven team!!
I have really enjoyed living at CNB so far! We have no noisy neighbors and no one has made unreasonable complaints against us either (these were the main issues at our previous residence). I love the floorplan of my apartment (the Rearden) and how much natural light it gets. I look forward to our continued residence here!
The apartments are nice, the front office staff are great and the apartments themselves are nice. Parking is not their best suit but everything else is good
This complex needs better management and maintenance. They make it seem amazing when youre touring but when you become a resident the quality drops off.
Cortland North Brookhaven is a great property! It is attractive, well maintained and in a great location. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I love my apartment! The floor plan is not the typical box of most apartment floor plans. It feels more like a house, the finishes are very updated and I have so much storage space. I am so happy that I moved here!

Our first apartment together at Cortland North Brookhaven has been a great experience for my partner and I. We love our apartment with its huge kitchen and modern finishes. We have not experienced any issues after living here for a year!
Do not rent from here. They have NO parking and will ticket you if you are unloading groceries, etc.. Office staff is rude as are residents.
Cortland at North Brookhaven is an excellent place to live. The location is so convenient to so many places and highways. Maintenance and customer service are what makes my quality of living here enjoyable. Thank you for many years of living!

Dont move here. My upstairs neighbors are loud and management has handled situation poorly. Im basically stuck and no one cares.
My experience living here the past 8 months has been great! I feel safe and secure and my needs, if any, are always answered promptly and with care and understanding. The staff and residents are all very friendly and welcoming and have done an amazing job of making me feel right at home. The community and apartment features and amenities are great for the costs of rent and this is one of the few apartments complexes in Atlanta where the parking situation is ideal and simple! Ive never had an issue with parking or with having guests park unlike many other apartments
Complex is nice and in a great location needs a few updates like washer and dryers and work on the parking situation.

Cortland North Brookhaven is great! It is everything I could ask for and more! The location is great and the management is even better! I would highly recommend Cortland North Brookhaven to anyone looking for an apartment complex in the area.
The Overall living experience with Cortland of North Brookhaven is fantastic. The unit is very nice and the space is sufficient. Most importantly, the repair requests are handled timely and professionally.
Maintenance here is top notch! I love all the staff and everyone here is great.
By far the best apartment complex I lived. The management team is friendly and helpful. The location is amazing, especially when you have a dog or like to walk/play tennis. The gate is never broken unlike many other complexes. The apartments are spacious and have incredible kitchens. I have not one complaint and would recommend this place to anyone!
The location is good, staff is friendly, the grounds are well-kept, non-smoking policy is a big plus (though my new neighbor is flaunting this policy).

Overall, the location is unbeatable. We've lived here for about 3 years and have been impressed with the improvements made over that time and the responsiveness of the management team. This community is welcoming to all Atlantans from young adults and working professionals to families and retirees.
