Beautiful community and apartment !! I love the amenities and events they put on for the residents. Best complex I’ve ever lived in.
Been at Cortland Nona for a few years now. It’s a lovely community to live in. Nice apartment and community amenities, timely maintenance services, nice walking trails with a beautiful lake, fairly quiet, safe, and in a great location. Overall, it’s been a very good experience.
We get a lot of water bugs and those little worms .

Mi Experiencia en Cortland Nona ha sido muy buena desde mi primera visita al momento de venir a conocer la comunidad, Barbara me atenido ese día y desde esa primera visita ya sabía que viviría acá, me encanta su ubicación, el apartamento me encantó y su vista era lo mejor, los comercios más importantes están super cerca, las áreas de la piscinas, barbecue, parque todo muy bello, las caminerías, etc… en general me gusta todo de Cortland Nona.

Ustedes lo pidieron que corriera la voz sobre mi experiencia en nuestra comunidad. 1° Tenemos una Administración inoperante. 2° No podemos disfrutar de las aereas comunes, ni mucho menos del Club House ya que hay restricciones para su uso. 3° El equipo de Mantenimiento solo se puede contar con personas cómo Pedro Castilla para quien hay que quitarse el sombrero ya que todos los trabajos ejecutados pir son de altísimo Calidad y siempre un trabajo limpio. Además no podemos dejar nombrar a otro trabajador de Calidad JOSE quien en días atrás nos hizo un servicio sobre la Alarma. Sobre esos dis (2)trabajadores mis respeto y felicitaciones por tan limpio trabajo de calida.

Paper thin walls . Floor and ceiling You will hear everything going on in other units
We have really enjoyed living here so far! We feel very "at home" and while we have had an ongoing issue with pests, we are happy to be here and hopeful they will get resolved with thorough treatments.
Overall I feel like there is a great value here at Cortland Nona, the staff have been very helpful and responsive to comments / requests. I do feel heard as a resident by management. Everything was also ready to go on move in day, which is a stress relief when moving across the country.
This place is WAY OVERPRICED for what you are getting!! EXTREME LACK of communication from team, and always seem to be too busy to attend to residents needs when office is open.

I like living in this community, it is quiet and the team is efficient and quick to respond to whatever is needed. The apartments are comfortable and modern and the common spaces are nice and tidy. and the best thing is that it is pet friendly!
The apartment is beautiful and in good working order. I just wish that Cortland Nona was more responsive to people with vision disability and mobility issues. The apartment that I toured was close to all the amenities but the apartment assigned to me ended up being in the building furthest from the activities, amenities and my mail. I wish they would provide with accessible ways to move around the community.
Overall great place. Hard to complain too much when you have a roof over your head during these times.

Cortland Nona is beautiful all the time they are so consistent with its upkeep. The staff is friendly and helpful. The units are spacious and make you feel at home . The pool is my favorite place to be . Overall I love it here and I am so happy I moved here.

Uno de los muchos aspectos positivos de cortland nona es los servicios que ofrecen. Hice una solicitud para arreglar algo en mi apartamento y prácticamente en pocos minutos tuve a Jose tocando en mi puerta y solucionando el problema. Altamente recomendable por su educación y amabilidad.

I love living in Cortland Nona, such a clean, peaceful, well maintained apartments.
The maintenance guys do a great job trying to keep the property clean, unfortunately or they need more people or they need to have someone in charge of the garbage, and dog waste. It is so sad you find dog waste outside the garbage can because the bag wasn't changed in 2 days.
Excellent experience living here for more than 3 years. I really like the spaces and comfort of the complex. Your admiration and attention to your services are still very good. I recommend Cortland Nona 100%
Overpriced, incompetent and careless management, tiny chaotic mailroom means you will ALWAYS struggle to find your packages, sometimes finding them weeks, even months later, if they don't get stolen by then (if you order a lot from Amazon, MOVE SOMEWHERE ELSE!) Gates usually broken, fake security cameras, late night shouting and fighting outside almost every late night. Management count the minutes they are there, they have no interest in solving anything but will send messages every day to all residents threatening fees for all kinds of things. They do charge a LOT of fees, like if you leave your trash can out too long... fees that they spend on upgrading their golf carts instead of improving the real issues...

I love the location, hate the markings and biting ants everywhere in apartment.
I would not recommend this place to anyone. The walls are extremely thing and you hear everything. You pay a lot of money to live here and you have to deal with people who play loud music at whatever time (2-5am)they want and any day during the week. As a healthcare worker, sleep is essential. We are reasonable people and do not complain about much but living here I have a lack of sleep due to people who are inconsiderate. There have been several complaints made and management does nothing but give you generic HR answers. The general manager does not interact with residents, so be prepared to only deal with assistant managers and front staff. Their retention rate is horrible, I have seen so many front staff people leave, which I don't blame them at all. Will not be renewing the lease. honestly just stay away not worth the stress and lack of sleep.
I can't say anything nice. I do not like leaving here.
Cortland Nona was a nice choice as our temporary living when relocating to Orange County.
I like this condo but every sound from my neighbors of third floor is felt .
Cortland Nona has definitely met my expectations! The apartment was beautiful, the location is ideal, the community is breathtaking, and the staff are welcoming. From the moment I entered to the the last minute of our visit, we were really impressed!

Exceptionally luxurious leasing lifestyle in the heart of Lake Nona. Clean and comfortable and walkable to many stores, restaurants and pharmacies, parks and about 20 minutes to even more fun and exciting venues. Staff, Management, Maintenance and Security teams are pleasant and effective and efficient. Only 1 item missing .... a jacuzzi :).
My experience has been great here. I am over 2 years old and I love living here. I love the spaces of the apartment and the community in general. The administrative and maintenance service is the best.
Would not recommend this community. Hidden monthly fees of almost $100 for community electric and other random costs that began after 1.5 yr of living here. The manager said the fees included electric car charging (which we don’t have, but staff has been seen using). Staff have been rude and unhelpful. When asking about the fees, staff told my husband, “well, it’s expensive to live here.” We were also harassed for months about our 2 year old “walking too hard and crying,” saying that we made too much noise. Given, our daughter is in preschool 5 days a week, and we are rarely home. Plus, all the noise complaints were during the day (not during quiet hours). Their solution was to have us move at our own expense to another unit and no other option was considered. Another negative is the nightly street racing on Narcoossee every weekend that is extremely loud and disruptive. Despite the community’s beauty and convenient location, I would never recommend renting here due to the stress and aggravation we experienced with staff practices.
This property has it all. Very clean and quiet family spot. If you want a place to call “home” this is your place. Very clean and well maintained. I’ll be checking for this place when my lease is up next month for sure!!
