After a great living experience at a previous Cortland apartment complex I decided to move to Cortland Jubilee Park, because of the quality of customer service received. My move in experience was great, specifically Lyssandra at the office was very kind and helpful and has always been very friendly every time I see her around the community. I’ve been here almost two years now and enjoy the amenities that are provided as a tenant here!

I've lived at cortland jubilee for over 16 Mos. The property is kept neat and clean and maintenance usually arrives within a few hrs of service requests. No complaints thus far.

Would not recommend. The apartment is nice, but the shared spaces are disgusting. The door to our building has been broken for two months, so anyone can enter. The gate is also frequently left open overnight, and the pedestrian gates do not lock, so anyone can enter our building from the street. The corporate leasing office doesn't communicate with the local mamagement office, so it wasn'tuntil move-in that they informed us a garage was not available. Nothing was done to rectify this. Parking is very limited. We also had a pest issue at move in. Last week, trash bags were stacked 10 foit high in front of the trash compactor for at least 2 days. At this price point I expect a well maintained, well managed property. Cortland is neither.

The buildings are on a scheduled cleaning rotation for both interior and exterior spaces, which will be carried out over the next couple of weeks to ensure a cleaner and more welcoming environment. We also apologize for the miscommunication about garage availability and will be working with our teams to improve internal coordination moving forward, and if you still want a garage our team is here to help get you on assigned. Regarding the recent trash overflow, the compactor was temporarily out of service, which unfortunately led to a buildup. Our service team responded promptly by manually removing the bags one by one and thoroughly cleaning the area before the end of their shift. We’ve also made sure the compactor is back in working order. We value your feedback and are committed to making improvements. Cortland Jubilee Park is a beautiful apartment complex. The walking path along the small lake is a great amenity along with professionally landscaped grounds. The location is close to 528 and the airport making it very accessible. The responsiveness of maintenance and the community managers is outstanding and better than any other apt. we have ever lived in!

Cortland at Jubilee has been the best complex we have lived at!! The staff is absolutely great, responsive, friendly - everything you could want. I have been a resident at the Cortland Jubilee Park community for a year and half. It is a welcoming and safe place to live. The property is clean and maintained and the amenities are great! The maintenance team is on top of all of the request in a timely manner. The rent is a little pricey but I have no real complaints.

I've been living here for past 3 months and I'm very happy. The grounds are always clean the office staff is very engaging which is surprising for once. Most of all the maintenance team is EVERYTHING!! I was skeptical at first because they're all so young but man, they get the job done right. Ivan is my #1. Anytime I have an issue within 5 minutes of requesting help, he's at my door. Quality all around.

Pool is always closed and never an explanation is provided to residents. Gate door is always broken and is so loud while opening. Maintenance team don’t come as often to change/clean the AC filters. The people who cut the grass always splash dirt on my front door and no one cleans it after. Garbage cans are overflowing because cans are small and the team don’t come as often as they should be. The worse part is the management team. They don’t care about resident happiness. They just care about money. We are only numbers for them. I forgot to mention that there are lights on the community that have been flashing since a year ago and no one has changed it because they’re cheap and don’t want to spend money. I was promised by the manager Ana that all outdoor door (including garage) will be painted and that never happened. There are so many new buildings with better quality gate system and they really take care of the community so Cortland Jubilee better step it up because they’re falling behind. I’m not happy at all!!!

Since our new management team has come on board, we’ve made several improvements, including resolving the pool concerns—closures now only occur for necessary maintenance and typically last no more than 24 hours. Additionally, the gate issue has been resolved. Regarding AC filters, residents are responsible for picking them up from the office or submitting a service request if assistance is needed. As for outdoor lighting, our team is not on-site during nighttime hours, so we encourage you to share specific locations so we can promptly address any issues. My living experience at Cortland Jubilee has been very positive. What's important to me is safety, cleanliness, and a quick response to maintenance issues. All of the above have been excellent especially the swift response from the maintenance dept. Ivan and Ramsiel were courteous and fixed my issue expeditiously.
Went for a tour of these apartments today and they were wonderful! The property is well kept, the finishing are very nice, and the staff is very friendly. Lee was very helpful in providing all the information needed. This is definitely on our list for our move.

I have really enjoyed living at Cortland Jubilee Park. It is a safe, friendly and welcoming complex that I would recommend to anyone. I haven’t had any real issues while staying here. The service team is prompt and fixes any issues that may arise. We enjoy the style of the rooms and all the amenities the complex has to offer!

Truthfully, I can’t find anything negative to say starting off from the warm welcome from Brenda at the front desk and assessing me with my future home. All the way down to maintenance, Jose hasn’t skipped a beat when it comes to certain needs or property repairs. I've been living at Cortland Jubilee for a little less than 2 month and so far my experience has been great. The community is clean, it's quiet, and I feel safe. Management and maintenance seem attentive to my needs. So far so good!
Location is super. Community office team not so great.
The rent is ok and the community is amazing. Good people and great lifestyle

The rent rates are pretty pricey but it’s a nice community, quiet neighborhood and great location in Orlando.

Cortland Jubilee Park is beautifully situated near a gorgeous nature preserve yet close to the airport and many great restaurants, services, and shopping plazas. The apartments here have everything - luxurious living at a reasonable price and the the Management team make you feel right at home.

I give Cortland Jubilee Park my highest recommendation. The staff is friendly courteous and responsive. The community is newer, quiet, beautifully landscaped and well maintained. Our unit is updated, well appointed, screened balcony, palm trees and lake view.

Great pool. Lots of events. Food trucks. Party this weekend. Fun. Free Christmas wrapping. Great maintenance team. Girls always friendly courteous great to work with bend over backwards to help tenants. Units clean. Never see an insect. Landscape great pool tables gym foosball. Study or office. Beautiful club house grills large stainless steel. Cabanas around pools. Reasonable rent. 5 star.

Maintenance crew is always top notch with service and efficiency. Even when passing them in our car or walking, they ALWAYS smile and wave and say hello. They also handle tickets quickly and are very respectful and courteous.
