It's a fairly average apartment with average amenities. For the rent, you might be paying on the higher end. I think the apartment seems a little rushed in its construction. Overall, I'm not unhappy about my living experience, but I do expect better for what I'm paying. The office staff is incredibly friendly as well, so that's a huge plus.

Cortland Hunter’s Creek is a great place to live. I have been here for about 2 years and I haven’t had any major issues. Anything that has come up has been addressed in a timely manner. The office and maintenance staff are friendly and helpful. 10 out of 10!

If you enjoy the privacy and silence of having your own space to come home to after a long and stressful day at work, this is not the place for you. If you let your children do whatever they want, have no respect for neighbors in the community or their things, then this place is perfect for you. If you have pets but hate cleaning up after them, move here now!

Great community! Second Cortland community Ive lived in and both have been wonderful. Team is great. Maintenance is awesome at assisting. Amenities are good as well, with bonus perk of frequent food trucks organized for residents. Proximity to many stores and restaurants, including the LOOP makes it great as well. First time Ive renewed a lease since Ive lived here for the last 6 years in FL. Reccomend!

The team here is excellent, theyre all so helpful. From the leasing team and Maitanence team theyre the best. The community is amazing the apartment itself is so beautiful and cozy with so much storage in the kitchen bathroom and bedroom. I love my apartment. I love the amenities and awesome food trucks we have every week. I love how close this is to so many shopping centers its a huge plus. I have no complaints honestly I am happy to be living here.

No problems. I love living here. The staff can't do enough for you. You have a problem they are there to fix it almost immediately. Very clean. So much to do here.
Cortland Hunters Creek goes up and beyond my expectations. The living conditions are very good. The apartment is spacious and very comfortable. Repairs, if any, are done considerably quick. The staff is awesome. Come to Cortland Hunters Creek, there is no other quite as complete.
Great location. Staff is great. Things that need to get done usually get done pretty fast unlike other apartment communities. Not too expensive in comparison to others in its category. If you are able to play in this price bracket hands down the best value per dollar in the hunters creek area.
Looks are deceiving, lots of dog owners that do not use the receptacles and leave the dog droppings in front of your home. The grass is burned because of this and as a renter its not worth the money you pay to live sub par. Inside of the building we live in has carpet stains and is just not a very good feeling when you come inside the building. Just don't, it's not worth the money and value you're going to expect living here. Thanks for reading this.

Exelente trato del personal en la oficina ,nunca he tenido un una mala experiencia todos son exelentes A pesar q he tenido si algunas quejas en cuanto al ruido en la comunidad y problemas de mantenimiento Normales del apartamento los cuales han resuelto con mucha diligencia del cual estoy buen agradecida por el trato puedo decir q me siento contenta de vivir en este lugar en estos momentos.

Overall I give Cortland Apartments 4 stars. I have lived at two different cortland communities, you can always count on the helpful staff and quick maintenance response. The apartments have a nice feel and up to date appliances.
Service was good. Just took 3 calls for the same thing. Had to sleep in a very warm apartment because it wasn't fixed the first 2 times we called. Wasn't happy about that. Overall they do a good job with service. Very nice people
New management team is a much better fit for this property. Since they came in, the experience here has been greatly improved.
I expected more from living in this community but have been disappointed.
Maintenance team is very good and helpful. Micky is always helping everyone not matter the time. The girls in the front office, Cinthia and Joey are super nice always and welcoming.
