Courtland East Cobb is a great place to live. The grounds are wonderful. Maintenance is prompt.
I love living here! I love everyone who works here. Could not be happier. I had a few boards on my deck that were bad so I put in a ticket. Next day when I got home- I had a brand new deck! How amazing is that? They could have gone the cheaper route and replaced one or two boards- but they redid my entire deck.

Cortland East Cobb has been a pleasure to be at. Front office team is always helpful and kind. Maintenance is lightning fast, very knowledgeable, and super nice. Never had a problem with safety, noise, or neighbors. The place is also gorgeous with thoughtful landscaping. It is not the most affordable option in the area, but it’s worth it to feel more at home.

Definitely ensure you understand that no one is on the property 2 days out of the week. May not seem like much but the responsiveness of the property declines everyday they are not on the property.

I would recommend Cortland East Cobb. It’s a nice, quiet, clean community that is close to everything and very walkable!
Cortland East Cobb is a very nice apartment complex. I love how open everything is as far as the drive up and walk up to your apartment. The management team is always very nice (especially Laura) and maintenance stays on top of any issues that may arise. We’ve enjoyed our stay here for the past 2 years now! I really like living here, I like the view that my balcony has, but the only thing that makes me extremely sad is the smell of marijuana that enters my apartment from a resident who smokes inside his apartment and that's all I ask be resolved, if it weren't for this everything would be perfect. I hope you take this into consideration and resolve this case as soon as possible, because I believe I won't be the last resident to complain about this. Besides, I love living here
This is my third year living here and I am still loving my home, Cortland, my view, my location. Have no plans to move and as a woman in her 50's that has lived in many apartments around the world, this is saying a lot about this property!
Location is great. That is the only thing that I like about this place.
The community feels safe, I love the beautiful lake view and the employees are very kind and supportive.

Great apartment, great amenities, love the walking trails and lake. Use the pools often in the summer. Staff are extremely personable and helpful and show a genuine interest in helping and retaining residents. High value for the area and price.

The apartments are nice, leasing staff is nice, no issues in the complex at all that I’m aware of. The office hosts social gatherings regularly and the gym is nice. Office could use some help with phone coverage as they’re not the best with returning calls or email response times.

Living here at first seems nice. The place looks nice don’t get me wrong but for the amount that you pay the parking lot has only 1 source of light and there has been vehicle break ins. Honed at night it’s extremely pitch dark!!!! The floors creek and outlets fuses always goes. Only good thing is maintenance. The women in the office are lazy and will take days to respond. They also don’t answer the phone at times. New charges every billing cycle is extremely outrageous.

While we can’t guarantee safety as crime can, unfortunately, make its way into any community despite best efforts, we do our very best to prevent it from occurring here. The incident in question was an isolated personal dispute which was quickly addressed by the local police department. The city of Marietta maintains the lights around the community, so unfortunately the lighting issues is out of our control. We can escalate the issue internally and see if there is another solution. I absolutely love this community tucked back away from the chaos of Roswell and a beautiful lake that the apartments surround. I love the layout of my apartment and that I did not have to pay a ton of money for granite counter tops and nice cabinets. I love the staff and I love my view. I have lived in a lot of apartments and this one is my home!

My experience here in Cortland Eat Cobb has been nothing short of amazing. Lauren made our transition so easy. I was worried prior to moving in because we didn’t know what to expect because I didn’t get to see our apartment until the day before, but everything was beautifully updated and ready for my family and I. We have been very happy thus far. It is so peaceful and well kept.

I will never forget the day I saw my apartment for the first time and the view of the lake/pond and I thought to myself- this is a million dollar view and it's mine. Every night I go onto my balcony and lay in my lounger and listen to the birds and the geese and ducks and it's like I am in a tree house and it is so quiet. Almost as though you are miles and miles away from the noise. I absolutely love living here and cannot imagine myself living anywhere else. I have owned homes and hi-rise condos and my apartment has it all beat. Thank you Cortland! I came from a bad experience in another apartment complex and I was scared, but Cortland cares and they do whatever they can to make right and be honest. Very happy!

Living here has been wonderful and I would highly recommend it to anyone considering taking a look at this complex. My fiancé and I have been here just over a year in a 2 bd and renewed - plan on staying 15 more months at least. Tons of amenities and the staff is very kind. There are multiple styles of homes here (1bd, 2bd, condos... maybe studios?), a great rec center, two pools, nice walking trails and a fun dog park. Puppy park gets a little puddly/muddy after it rains but there is a turfed are in there to help with muddy feet (might still want a towel to wipe off on super wet days). It has been nice living here - very quiet and tucked away.

The best value in the area, CEC is miles above other rental properties at or even near the price point offered. Facilities are new and well-maintained, and the staff are great and easy to work with. 10/10 would recommend.

I absolutely love living here. I could buy a home and move, but what I would buy would be further away and not have the spectacular view I have. In my 52 years on this planet, I have lived in a lot of apartments, homes, condos, townhomes and by far, Cortland East Cobb is the best place I have ever lived. I love it that much.

Let me start by saying the maintenance crew is PHENOMINAL!! One of the members is a very sweet and helpful man, and always was quick to help us out. But other than that, our experience here has been awful. We were promised the same appliances in the show room when we toured the place, but when we moved in, all the appliances were old and majority of them were even broken. We also have HORRIBLE bug problems. Hornets were living in the apartment fireplace and we had to live in a hotel for the first month of living here with no reimbursement. German cockroaches have been infesting the place since day 1 as well. Water heater nearly busted and was leaking all over, fridge had to be replaced due to it being broken and infested. Stove clock and interface looks like it has been punched in, and we often get our mail returned to sender despite us using the correct address. The floors/ceilings are very thin and we often hear full on conversations from our neighbors. We have been here for 2 years and I can't wait to leave.

If you are looking for peace and quiet, this is not the place for you. We lived in an apartment, and oftentimes had to leave due to the constantly barking dogs. Management did nothing about it. It continued with no reaction from management. Very disappointing.

Terrible experience with the same noise problem from day one unresolved 45 later and still ongoing. Worst customer service ever. I would not recommend renting at Cortland East and can’t wait for my lease to expire!!’

Cortland in general, the best one, administration and community!
I think you will be happy living in Cortland at East Cobb because it is a nice clean place, the management staff are very responsive to your needs as well as any issue you might have. The location is great because it is close to shopping, entertainment and highway access. The great reason that this apartment complex works well is because of the management team that we have, and I can only speak for this management team that we have as of the writing of this post.
I absolutely LOVE my new apartment! Perfect size, awesome amenities and it feels like being in the country even though it is right in the middle of all shopping and entertainment that I could want! Nice walking areas and the staff keep the grounds nice, clean, and tidy! I am so thankful I found Cortland East Cobb!!
I really love living here! It feels like a bit of an escape while still have easy access to anywhere in the city. The residents are all kind and respectful of each other. The apartments are redone and quite nice. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and kindlyand to the residents satisfaction. Its expensive, but thats the market.
These apartments are pricey but beautiful! I cannot over emphasize enough the quality of living is so high. In life you really do get what you pay for. The apartments are a little compact but still beautiful and can be made very cozy.
I love my apartment its big enough for me and my son. I love the view from my patio and my son loves to take his toys to play on the huge patio. I love that all my amenities are new and my valet trash saves me from having to go to the dumpster.
My daughter and I have lived at Cortland East Cobb for almost 3 years. The staff is extremely accommodating and professional. Thank you so much for your exceptional service - from front desk to maintenance. Keep up the great work!
