From the moment we first toured the community, to the time we’ve been living here for three months, thr Cortland staff has been friendly and attentive. The community is wonderful, inviting and it’s been such a wonderful experience living here.
Please share this. What is advertised online versus what is received are two different things. The apartments are dated. The people are never around. It’s dirty. For the price we are all paying this should be a lot better

I really love living at cortland delray station. The Eau maintenance team is wonderful and fixes problems pretty quickly. The community is also kept very well.
I love living at Cortland Delray Station! It is just 5 minutes from downtown delray and is a pretty peaceful community. The maintenance staff is always wonderful and very speedy in getting a problem fixed.
As I have stated before on previous surveys, an apartment community is only as good as its personnel.....and Jose' exemplifies this business-critical characteristic. Courteous. Thorough. Respectful. If asked, he might reply, "Just doing my job." This personality trait, combined with excellent knowledge about the apartment's amenities, truly heightens Cortland's quality. Please recognize Jose'. I am grateful.
Been living in cortland communities for 3 years. Never had one complaint. This location has been all good things! Yes the train comes a few times, you get used to it. We were right next to it, and it is what it is. Just be knowledgeable of that, they can’t do anything about it… the staff was always present, attentive, and they always let us know what was happening. Jose and the maintenance team always did the fixes fast and easy! The community is literally always clean and the apartments are all update to date! Truly enjoyed my time, until next time!

The apartments are spacious and modern. The staff is attentive and caring especially Vanessa and Jose. Also, the windows insulate the outside noise which was a concern on mine when I was searching. I love the South Florida vibe throughout the complex. My family and I are happy here.

Move in was very smooth. Was handed a very clean and well functioning apartment. The maintenance manager, Jose, worked with us to have the apartment looking exactly how we’d like. The maintenance crew that works here and staff in the office are GREAT! Any little problem you have they are always happy to help you. Maintenance problems always get fixed as soon as possible and whenever they cannot fix it right away (missing part for example) they communicate that with you and give you and ETA. The community itself is beautiful and well taken care of and pretty fun to live in.

Where do I start? Great location close to Downtown Delray and to the beach (Atlantic Dunes). 5-10 minutes drive to 3 different grocery stores and other stores. Great pool, excellent guest business area, great green areas, great and friendly staff. I will recommend The Cortland Delray Station to those moving to Delray Beach or already residents of Delray Beach. Overall its a great experience! Thank you to the special maintenance team! Toured this beautiful community staff members were very attentive and professional. Amenities and landscaping are well kept. The apartment lay out were super nice and specious.

It is an amazing condominium, the apartments are large and comfortable, the clubhouse is very beautiful, the GYM is spectacular and the administrative and maintenance staff are very professional and pleasant, do not hesitate to come and live in Cortland Delray!

Staff here is amazing. From office to maintenance. I’ve lived here for over 2 years and have no plans in moving. They are always available to assist my family when in need. The community is also conveniently 5 minutes from the ave.

Cortland Delray is the best place to call home. 5 star amenities and 5 star service. Jose always goes above and beyond to keep our homes and community the best! He also goes out of his way to help myself and other residents. Lucky to have him here!

Cortland has a great maintenance team! They are extremely attentive and quick to respond - caring for every detail of your home - wether it’s a maintenance issue or small up keeping. From time to time their manager Jorge will also call you to double check if your home needs anything. Very attentive
