I knew the moment I set foot on this property that this was going to be my home! Between the amazing leasing staff, especially Wilfredo that was the first person to greet me and get me my own unit once I got approved, to the maintenance staff that welcomed me with open arms and has been very attentive to any need I have with my unit. I am deep into my first year and am excited to sign my renewal soon. The amenities are amazing, everything is VERY clean and kept up extremely well. The staff of this community really cares about their residents. In the last year we had a hurricane come thru central Florida and team was very prepared and attentive to any of the residents needs prior, during, and after the storm. I highly recommend Cortland Champions Gate!

Lived here since 2023 pre and post construction. With the CC community complete I can say I appreciate this beautiful community. The grounds & surrounding area does not disappoint. The gym, and pool are a vibe! So far, my resident experience has been good! The entire “Cortland Team” has been nothing but professional, welcoming and helpful. Cortland ChampionsGate is a quiet and well maintained community that could easily be charging more for the apartments but maintain a very reasonable cost. All the staff here are amazing from front office to maintenance. You can tell that there is pride in the work they do and the community they represent.

Wilfredo was an amazing tour guide. The Cortland property was amazing and the apartment I toured was amazing as well. They’ll not miss any details and will get down to business when it comes to the quotes. Wilfredo also addressed any questions or concerns I have. Ive been living here for a year and I just renewed my lease . Wilfredo and Kayla from the leasing office are amazing . Today was national grilled cheese day and they were making fresh grilled cheese to hand them out to tenants .

We loved it at first when we first moved in, the management was very welcoming and their staff and now they are all gone the new staff is not so much, we also wish that there was a playground for the kids so all the kids in the complex could play and be friends and enjoy the complex a lot more.

The units are so poorly made, have continued appliance issues, and bug problems. The staff is truly horrible to work with, and they have no idea how to help anyone. In the rare occasions there are actually staff members in the office, they will literally do anything possible to avoid speaking to someone, including leaving the office to go “do something” for almost an hour. They switch payment systems multiple times, do not send reminders, and tack on additional fees largely due to their own negligence. The community has steadily gone down hill, the landscaping is sparse, and the “amenities” never work. There is not units that are available even close to the listed lowest price, despite having the most poorly thought out design. If you’re going to spend money, don’t do it here.

The gates, grills, and building doors do not work and SHOULD! The elevator and wifi constantly go down. I constantly get unwanted text messages about community events but didnt recieve messages about car break ins or hurricanes. The office staff has been very rude and unhelpful any time that i have gone to ask about something and maintenance does not give proper warning about when they are coming to fulfil work orders. Also during fire alarm inspections maintenance knocked twice then entered my apartment while my wife and I were home without giving sufficient time to answer the door.
I wouldn’t recommend this community to anyone, I can’t wait til my lease is up. There are better options elsewhere
The maintenance/service team as well as the leasing office staff is nothing short of amazing! Everyone is beyond helpful, knowledgeable, courteous, and just extremely pleasant to be around. Any concerns or repairs are taken care of right away with the upmost professionalism. I highly recommend Courtland champions gate not just for its beautiful apartment homes but for its amazing staff! Truly making you feel at home! Maintenance staff is 10/10!!
Resort style living without any amenities. This complex made promises to the residents that they have not provided. The gas grills do not work, the security gates are not functioning and the storage units do not exist. I would have chosen a different complex if I knew I’d have to live with my storage totes in my living room For the past 6 months.

This an awesome community, when they say luxury apartments they actually mean it. The management team is absolutely phenomenal. The maintenance team is outstanding in every aspect you could think of. The complex is always pristine clean, pool is the best part. You can not forget about the rooftop area, is a great place to have friends and family to come over and have some fun. Overall I give them a 110 out of 100. If you thinking about moving here is a absolutely yes from me!

Cortland Champion’s Gate is a brand new apartment community boasting sleek modern appliances and furnishings. We really enjoy the resort style pool and look forward to using the on site gym. Management and maintenance have been nothing but pleasant and helpful since day one. I would also like to point out that despite the volume of dogs we see around the complex, I have encountered none of these dog’s droppings which stepping in would really ruin a whole day. We also look forward to experiencing one of these rooftop lounges soon
Cortland is an exquisite property but the staff really sold me! They are so welcoming and sweet. Xia and Will as well as the other property manager in the office cube all made my renting process a breeze and the rest of staff especially Cheo makes my everyday living joyful. The apartments are brand new,modern and chic. I will definitely be recommending Cortland to everyone. 10/10 rent here!
This community is amazing resort style living! I was welcomed by Xia and Brittany. Brittany is the property manager. I can tell she is really involved in taking excellent care of this property. She listen to all our concerns and answers all the my questions. We are enjoying our apartment. The pool and sky lounge are modern and pristine. The gym is well equipped.

I got a great price for my 1 BR apartment, which is spacious and has new appliances. Staff are very friendly and attentive to needs/concerns. Also, on my move-in date, I didnt show up within the time I stated, the manager called and checked to see if I was ok and how my move was going. I have no complaints

Overall, everything is wonderful when it comes to the staff and their over the top service provided. However, there have been significant issues with the Internet service company. Thanks to Cortland Champion Gate manager's (Brandon) intervention and the pressure they applied on GiGstream to address current issues, the service has improved immensely over the last month. In addition, I've noticed that the construction work for amenities such as the pool and gymnasium has been taking longer than expected. This delay is concerning as it affects the value of what I pay for, which seems to be diminishing over time.

Unfortunately the lack of and delays to the amenities is extremely disappointing. I think the gym has been re painted at least 6 times. The floor changed twice. The constant repairs to work that has not been done correctly in the first instance such as digging up sidewalks etc. causing a lot of unnecessary noise disturbances. The continuous smell of cannabis around the complex. I can’t open my windows and the smell down the corridors is very bad.
With this being a new complex I expect some issues but having the roof leak 3 times before it was resolved and the a/c go out 3/4 times before resolved is a big set back. The management team is not very welcoming. Expect to hear construction noises every day and hear noises from all over the complex inside your unit.

I also had an issue with my upstairs neighbors and nothing really came from that. They continued to walk hard and their dog barked all the time. Management was aware. I wanted a transfer but they advised I could not because I had been late with my rental payments.

Since moving in, this apartment complex has been wonderful. I love all the events the community puts on, like the wine and paint night. Most recently we did a murder mystery which was so much fun and everyone was laughing and enjoyed themselves. I am so glad I have moved here!

Great new place to live! I moved halfway across the country to live the Disney life! Site unseen - I put my trust in the community site, reviews, and most of all the office staff! They are so helpful and professional! I researched several other properties and narrowed it down to two. The difference maker was Chau! She was patient and kind. She answered every question I had over the many times I called, and thoughtfully walked me through the whole process and addressed all concerns. Moved on 2/27/23 and was the best decision I made in choosing this apartments. I do a lot of work from home and can't hardly hear the traffic! Peaceful and quiet. Love the staff, community, family atmosphere! Maintenance is very informative and quick to respond for all service requests! Love the residents portal with pretty much all you need to do online! Love my view of fire works, air balloons, rain and sun from my balcony! My apartment is EAGLE style and is gorgeous, still smells new. Excited to jump in the new pool and use the brand new gym! I am home!

This beautifully appointed apartment was so spacious. The kitchen was modern with elegant appliances. The bathrooms were also spacious and modern 10 plus on the closet space as well. Susan gave us the tour. She was so welcoming and excited about this wonderful property she made us feel like we were home!
