After 2 years I still love living here. Overall, the community is very well kept. The neighbors are nice and everyone keeps to themselves. I love the spaces layout and peaceful uninterrupted walks in the evenings.

Please do not move here. The apartments are infested. The gym equipment is always broke and never cleaned. The managers are very dismissive to any concerns. Trash piles in front of units all the time outside of valet trash days and hours. Constants water shut offs because they are always renovating.

Regarding the pest-related concern you mentioned, we have regular pest control services, have you already submitted a ticket to have them visit your apartment? If not, I can help you with this. Our fitness center equipment is maintained regularly by a third-party vendor, and we have a housekeeper regularly attends to this amenity. Is there a particular area that needs to be addressed? We will do an immediate review to ensure it is in proper working order and clean. We’re sorry for any inconvenience this has caused. Our goal is always to provide attentive and respectful service. I'm sorry if we made you feel that we were not taking your concerns seriously. As for the valet trash and water shut-offs, we are aware of these challenges and are actively working to improve waste management services and minimize disruptions during renovations. I’ve been a resident at Cortland at the Village for almost three years. It’s a quiet community the gym and other amenities are great. The monthly community engagement activities are very organized and fun. And for the most part free (except food trucks) and free during these times are good.

Cortland at the Village is an amazing place to live! The amenities are fantastic, and the property itself is *beautiful*, with great opportunities to enjoy the outdoors. The pickleball courts are used almost every night, and it's always a fun time! Also, as an electric vehicle owner, it's great having numerous onsite EV chargers. Furthermore, I have never lived in an apartment with a better management team than the team at Cortland at the Village. They are friendly, very responsive, and very helpful. They also host community events which are genuinely very fun; I've attended swing dancing, a casino night, and pickleball mixers, and have thoroughly enjoyed each event. Overall, I have lived in 6 different apartments over the years, and Cortland has been the best by far!

Overall, my experience living at Cortland At the Village has been better than I had hoped for. I have lived at a couple other apartment complexes in the Atlanta area and this by far is the safest and nicest one I have lived in. I love it here. The people are wonderful.

In General, Cortland at the Village is a very nice community. I have been here 3 yrs. Maintenance is very responsive. There are community events monthly. Great for singles, and families alike.

Cortland at the Village is a good apartment complex. It is fairly priced and has lots of nice amenities including a nice gym, pools, and tennis/pickleball courts. However, the service can be slightly slow - they do not respond to emails often, so you must call them on the phone often. If you call about a problem and they say they will resolve it, it is often necessary to follow up and call again. Overall, this is a decent apartment complex.

Cortland property is a great friendly company. Cortland at the village is a large community, striving to renovate all the buildings to make it more up to date. Th gym is huge and a great place to work out if you don’t want to drive to your home gym and is fully equipped. They always put on community events if that’s what you are looking for. Some parts of the community are quieter than others. But it’s a safe friendly place to be and family oriented yet pet friendly.

We love living here! The community is clean, well maintained, great for families, with great support and service staff.
Peaceful clean enviornment but apartments too small for price. Need new washers and dryers.
The office and maintenance staff are courteous, helpful and respond quickly. Grounds are kept nice all year round.
Cortland is a great place to live that is safe and friendly. The staff is wonderful! They are always friendly and very responsive and maintenance is done quickly if there are any problems. I also like the beautiful grounds and the walking trail along the wooded creek. They also have many community events and amenities including a good fitness center, tennis and pickleball courts, and several pools.
As my first apartment after moving out, it is the perfect! As a college student who works out, I highly enjoy the gym and a study rooming being next to each other. It fits the life I’m currently living in! Absolutely love having the 24/7 security guards. Me and daughter feel completely safe knowing this complex is being watched and is being taken care off. I definitely recommend this apartment to anyone!
I loved living at Cortland at the Village. All of the staff was always so helpful, it's a quiet peaceful community, maintenance was great! Highly recommend!

There is no free lunch. Quality of living and service need to be reimbursed and paid for adequately.
It is a good place to live, however people speed like crazy driving through here and the air conditioners in the studio apartments are very loud. It can be hard to sleep sometimes.
This is a great place to live…but…people need to understand a community is only as good as the people who live in it… it has changed so much from when I moved in a year ago… the grounds are still amazing. The gym needs better ventilation but it’s a nice facility.
I have always had quick and friendly response to questions I had asked of the staff They listen Cortland at the village is a great community with amenities that fit my needs.
The community is maintained beautifully with nice walking paths. The fitness center is spacious and there's a great mix of classes available. I appreciate the fast response and friendliness of the Cortland at the Village staff.
Never lived in a complex that has taken such pride in the community and their resident is a pleasure to come home to each day, and the amenities are second to none. The staff and maintenance is always quick to respond to any issues that may arise, and my dog loves living there as well.
I’ve lived at Cortland at the Village for a little over a year now and honestly have no complaints! They offer free community events that are actually fun on top of the multiple pools, tennis courts, pickleball courts, walking trail, etc. Service requests are responded to quickly and communication is great.
The community is full of life and is a beautiful safe property one the best I have ever lived in . Staff is also very professional and over the top helpful . No question to them is a dumb question .
Cortland at the Village has created an incredible living experience for me. Management and maintenance are always prompt, professional, and kind. The amenities are great and always well kept. There hasn’t been any concerns of safety and there is a great sense of community here.
I have lived in 4 other apartment complexes before Cortland, and this is by far my favorite place. I have never had a negative experience here, the staff are amazing, the events that are offered are phenomenal, the community is wonderful, the amenities are fantastic, and I would highly recommend them!
Please do yourself a favor and call Cortland at the Village your home today. I promise you won't regret it. Jomeka, Rebecca, Caroline and, Donna are the absolute best. The property is simply breathtaking.

Cortland at the village is by far the best property to live . The scenery is spectacular. The walking trail is amazing. The Gym is the absolute best to stay fit . You don’t need LA fitness or Planet fitness. You have club Village. We have every machine you need to help you stay fit everyday. Oh did I mention the best Leasing Team ever. We also have a Resident Services team to check in on you after your smooth move in. Jomeka, Rebecca, Donna. Caroline and Bridget are trained to assist you with all of your needs. This community is beautiful with regular maintenance and landscaping. This community shows appreciation daily to it residents they have fun events and celebrations. They care about your experience. 4days out the week we have fitness classes...the community is huge. The nature trail is gorgeous ??.. the staff is top tier respectful, kind, and empathic.
I absolutely love it here at Cortland. It is definitely one of the best apartment communities I have lived in. I love the extra perks. I love coming home each day to a beautiful space that is quiet and so well maintained.
The maintenance is handled well. The team has always been prompt (completing the task within 24hrs). The resident team is amazing. They are always helpful when you have questions or concerns. The leasing team was very patient and tried to answer each question to the best of their ability.
I lived in different places in Cobb county for the past 20 years and living at Cortland for 5 years now makes me feel more safe and comfortable and more appreciated as a resident. The Team has always put the interests and safety of their residents above and beyond at all times. THANK YOU CORTLAND TEAM For being the best Apartment complex to live in.

Cortland at the Village has friendly staff and is always there to take care of your needs. While the apartments themselves may be older, the maintenance team and management do a great job keeping the apartments up to date and recent renovations provide a great up to date feel. The large community is a great way to meet people. Plus, you can't beat the location.

We’ve leased four different units at Cortland At The Village. Despite the buildings’ age, the management has excelled in modernizing and maintaining them. Both the customer service and maintenance teams stand out for their efficiency and prompt problem-solving. Cortland at The Village is actually like living at a resort. They have gated entry, nature trails, community events every month, huge workout facility and fast response of service maintenance concerns. The staff is so nice and welcoming. I would recommend this place to my family and friends.
