I had the pleasure of living here for a couple of years and miss it so much! The location is perfect, you can walk to restaurants, bars, gyms etc. It's very dog-friendly, and the staff is so kind and helpful! The apartments themselves are spacious and gorgeous.

The parking garage gate is very inconvenient and never works. You have to pay a monthly fee for parking in a garage that doesn’t open properly.

I love this walkable community! Ice cream, coffee shops, BBQ, boutiques, restaurants, gyms… all a short walk away! Jessica and all the staff are amazing. The amenities are unique. The events are so fun! The garage parking is perfection in bad weather. The dog treats in the office are my doggo’s fave! The residents and their furry friends are welcoming and fun to be around. The location is so close to all the fun downtown and to Costco and other good shopping. Highly recommend this community 10/10!

I lived here for two years and loved every minute of it! I was so sad to leave. This was the only apartment complex I lived in since I moved to Nashville and it left me feeling spoiled. The staff is very friendly and the location is perfect.

Great place to live with a very welcoming community full of mostly young adults or couples.
Cortland at the Nations is in my favorite neighborhood. I love my apartment. The finished are out of my dream journal. The gym and pet spa are nicer than I’ve seen at most other complexes. They hold awesome events for the residents. The attention to detail for this being a large dog community is amazing and makes apartment living with a dog as convenient as you could expect.
This is not a place I recommend living. Filled with millipedes in both the apartments and the pool. Management communication and concern is non existent. I have also had a crack in my ceiling with water flooding my apartment, to which no one batted an eye. This is the worst place I have ever lived.
Mackenzie is absolutely incredible. She handles issues immediately and always just so kind and friendly. Recognize her!!!
Clean community. Pet Friendly. Nice Neighbors. Good Location walkable to restaurants. Overall, I recommend this apartment for young professionals looking to be close to downtown, without actually having to be in downtown.
Nice place but they will over charge you for rent and then tack on extra fees for utilities and the company service charge to do it. Your rent will never be the same every month.

I have lived at Cortland at The Nations for over a year and have chosen to move to a different community at the end of my lease. The staff is kind and attentive, the maintenance staff goes above and beyond and are always polite. As for the areas of opportunity, the gate has been broken for 75-80% of my time living here. I chose to live in a gated community as a single woman for security and have not had access to the security I was promised and pay for. The other area of frustration is the train. My apartment faces the railroad and it is unimaginably loud at all hours of the day, even when it’s not honking the horn there is constant noise. Overall I have enjoyed my time here but for the amount I have paid I don’t think my experience has matched the price.

I have nothing but good things to say about my time at Cortland at the Nations! From the start they have been accommodating and helpful in a timely manner. In the year I’ve lived here, I’ve only had one need to call maintenance and they fixed the issue within hours. The units are gorgeous and have great features/fixtures. Everyone is so friendly and it has a great sense of community. The community team greets me by name and always makes me feel at home! They have made updates as residents have requested, such as adding a water fountain to the dog park. The landscaping and amenities are well-kept! Would recommend to anyone looking for a rental home!

I’ve really enjoyed living at Cortland at the Nations. The staff is super responsive. My favorite part is being so close to everything! I love the industrial vibe of the area and it’s super pet friendly! I definitely don’t plan on moving for a while!

Be extremely cautious while renting here. You will be told one thing and the opposite will hold true. I was told on multiple occasions that my health and safety was not of importance following a severe maintenance issue. Ultimately forcing me to live with a giant hole in the ceiling with exposed insulation and mold growing from water damage.
I really like living at Courtland at the Nations! The building itself is beautiful and very well maintained. There are so many amenities that residents can enjoy like a gym, free coffee machine, and pool. The location of the building is great and the apartments are very nice inside. I have really enjoyed living here and would recommend this building to others.

Great experience at the Cortland at the Nations so far. We love our apartment and the building amenities, and as a brand new building the management is taking great care so far. Very dog friendly and we love everything nearby in the Nations, great neighborhood to live in and so happy we settled here as our first place in Nashville.
The experience here at Cortland at the Nations has been very neutral with the chief complaint being that the train is extremely noisy. It was not communicated to us that there was a train nearby and that it was so unbelievably noisy at all hours of the day (sometimes at 5/6 AM or midnight and throughout the day). The noise creates an environment that is not conducive to a work/study from home environment. Other than that, the amenities are awesome and well kept and the apartments are beautiful and very cozy with nice balconies/patios. The Nations area has a lot to offer and is nicely walkable.
